Easy to order, delivery time unbelievably fast. Saucepans arrived well packaged. Product is almost identical to my existing pans of 35 years, however they felt lighter and do weigh less.

Kitchen Express to be renamed Kitchen Hopeless
On the 1st Jan 2024,I ordered presents from Kitchenware Express (KE), for my Wife's Birthday on Jan 8. KE promised delivery between the 5th and 7th Jan; in fact they only shipped on the 8th Jan. KE did not reply to any of my emails. They are clearly a SCAM outfit and if I hadn't badger'd KE with multiple emails and media threats, they wouldn't have shipped anything to me. Don't trust them, they are only good at taking money from you!!!!!

Hate two-hand oven gloves - they are not safe, so I boiught two singles which are much better.

Service was fne untl it came to the DPD delivery where the driver made a mistake telling me that the parcel was for the house next door. It arrived the next day. Pans really lovely and very rapid delivery.
