I had springform cake tins that leaked and on a whim I contacted the company - Marcus replied very promptly and offered to replace them with substitutes from the website. Speedy, polite, helpful, no hassle - cannot ask for more.

I bought two Kitchen Craft salad dressing shaker bottles - the ones with the recipes printed on the bottle. They come with plastic lids. Both lids broke in a very short time. I thought the first one was just bad luck - it broke within a few days. But the second one also broke in an untimely fashion. So I do not recommend these shakers. £9 x 2 - a really good example of penny-wise and pound-foolish. Just spend the money and get a salad dressing shaker that will last. A jam jar also works...

Thank you very much for waiting all this time over a year but we got there at the end.

Emailed to complain about wok we had purchased one Friday evening. Marcus replied the following Monday morning. Which was brilliant. (auto email did say they would respond within 5 working days) a couple of emails to and fro discussing what had happened and how to prevent it from happening again and Marcus advised he would send us a new wok to arrive within 3-5 working days. Brilliant aftercare service. Marcus was polit and informative, thank you.

Great customer service regarding a faulty set of scales

I rang to order some ovens that were out of stock everywhere except here. Spoke to a girl called Jade who is super nice and had gave me all the info that I needed. She replied to my calls and emails immediately and made the experience easy (though I'm not sure ordering ovens is that complex).
Give the girl a payrise and/or a promotion! 10/10

Marcus gave excellent service with lots of follow up through to receiving replacement butter dish. He is a real asset to KitchenCraft.

I cannot rate the customer service enough, I had broken the lid for my favourite travel mug, of which Kitchen Craft are the UK supplier for. Marcus advised that my variant had been discontinued and no spare lids were available. He then advised that I choose a new one from the site so he could send me out a full replacement.

Outstanding customer service, would highly recommend - along with any Built New York products, best travel mugs around!

Sent an email about a faulty can opener, got an immediate acknowledgment.
It took this company exactly six minutes, yes, six minutes, to resolve the problem and authorise a replacement.

Pourtant j'en ai toujours pris le plus grand soin. Même mes poêles entrée de gamme sont en meilleur état au bout de 2 ans!

I had a defective product which Customer Support agreed to replace but since that (Feb 2022) I've not received it or a reply to any emails.

Had an issue with a jelly bag as part of the strainer kit for making jam - contacted the company to try and source a replacement bag and they sent me a whole new kit - fantastic customer service - well done

Had a fantastic experience with Kitchen Craft‘s customer service. While cleaning I lost one of the letters on my canisters. Unfortunately these letters aren’t sold separately but Weronika was so very helpful and sent me a spare „C“ to Germany free of charge. I couldn’t be happier with this excellent service. Thank you once again!

Superb customer service. I bought two ColourWorks silicone whisks almost a year ago. The silicone on the tip of one spilt off the metal loop - a bit miffed I carried on using it. The handle broke off the second after 10 months of regular - we bake a LOT. Called KitchenCraft and, with no "if" or "but", two new whisks were delivered a few days later, honouring the 5-year guarantee. Excellent, polite, chatty, helpful customer service advisor; fast service. Could not ask for more.
