Over the years I have always found the Master Class equipment to be of excellent quality. We recently had the misfortune to damage a component of one of their Icing / Biscuit sets, a kitchen utensil that I constantly rely on in order to produce a professional finish. Their Customer service was second to none and I would highly recommend this company.

Recently bought a new Griddle pan for my new kitchen but unfortunately it wasnt what i expected and felt disappointed after the first use. I emailed the company directly and had a response within 24hours and was asked to send a picture of the pan so they could note my concerns and i was also asked to visit their website and provide them with a number for a new pan of my choice to be issued to me. I have to say the customer service was exceptional and wouldn't think twice about ordering from here again.

Purchased a £1500 microwave oven . Noticed that there was a chip on the glass . I asked for a solution or replacement as it was in the 28 days. They refused to replace or repair. Instead they said I need to contact the manufacturer as they wasn’t able to help. Another company who takes your money but won’t accept responsibility. Won’t be purchasing from them again. Very poor experience with kitchen craft in chesterfield.

Second time I had ordered an item (after using the first one lasted me 5 years) .. it came in defective and I was really annoyed. Sent off a letter and the speed of the response and the pace at which replacement provided was brilliant. A company that really has customer at its heart

I would like to leave this feedback because I have just had the best customer service experience in my life! We bought a beautiful little copper-coloured cafetière on Todmorden Market, and it was made by Lifetime Brands. There was a little fault with the copper colouring, just on the outer part, and I contacted Lifetime Brands to ask if I could buy a replacement - I didn't mind paying because I no longer have the receipt. However, Marcus and Chloe were unbelievably helpful, and firstly checked which part I needed and then sent it free of charge. I have never before had anything replaced without the receipt (and I have often had replacement requests refused when I did have it!), so it is such a refreshing change to meet people who don't hide behind reams of T&Cs but just give brilliant, prompt, unquestioning help and service. Thanks Marcus and Chloe - and I will be buying more of your products, because it is a lovely range of things.

ordered and paid in full from Worksop Kitchen Craft, and start installation before the new year 2023, they promised to finish it immediately after the new year, but it’s almost April 2024,
no answer, no hello, ignored
Very disappointed, the kitchen has not been fully installed for almost 4 months, the design does not correspond to the plan, the shelves and doors are of different sizes.
I will complain to an independent claim specialist

I purchased the Kitchen Craft 4 cup egg poacher to use on my brand new induction hob. My partner used it for the first time on an 8 setting resulting in a burnt pan bottom but much worse a ring which initially i could not remove from my hob. After a couple of days worry and advice from the manufacturer i have removed it. On the back of the packing in small writing, if says Do not use on full setting as it may distort the base. Surely if its likely to cause damage, its not suitable. Very disappointed as I've always found kitchen craft products to be good.

I’ve had two pairs of scissors (because they’re excellent) from this company for a few years. Unfortunately the grip on both broke in the same place. They replaced both very quickly with no fuss at all. Absolutely brilliant customer service! Thank you

I left a poor review for a pasta maker and was contacted very quickly. My problem was resolved with a replacement which works much better. I have confidence that if I am dissatisfied with any product from KitchenCraft in the future, I will get super support again. It is especially important when buying online that we can rely on good after sales service if we are dissatisfied for some reason and that is what I received.

Superb customer service. Rang, explained my issue with our kitchen scales which they have promptly replaced under 20 year warranty.

Having purchased a kitchen craft kettle that developed a fault after 10 months I contacted the company who immediately organised a replacement kettle be sent to me. First class service and very speedily dealt with. I would recommend the product but even more the customer service. You do not know how good a company is until there is an issue and this company offer firs class service.

Had question re new salt and pepper grinder.after discussion with Marcus and sending photographs of product a replacement was sent.
Marcus was professional,efficient and quite honestly an ambassador for the company.

This is to say very big thank you for sending out a new replacement chip cutter without sending a long lengthy email and an argument. This is what I call a smashing excellent after sales service as this is totally unbeatable by any other kitchen accessories manufacturer. I will be 100% sure to purchase your products in the future.
And lastly I thick Marcus you should consider of becoming a chief executive of your company or a chief executive of customer service. Thank you

Verona Espresso maker .
Bought this while on holiday in France last year. Unfortunately the glass lid fell on to the floor and shattered. Sent email to Kitchencraft 14/1/24 asking did they do replacement lids. Marcus replied asking for details regards model etc. Delighted to say that on 23/1/24 received a whole coffee pot. Great service and unexpected full replacement. Efficiency and positive service much appreciated. Will be happy to do business with them again.

After only a year of installing a brand new kitchen, the Kitchen Craft (or rather Kitchen Crap) cabinets and drawers are coming apart at the seams. This reflects poor quality wood and poor craftmanship.

Great customer service, I had an issue with a breaking pizza stone that I had gifted to a relative who threw away the broken item. I contacted customer services & Marcus organised a replacement to be sent out even though I had no evidence of the broken item other than my receipt. He was polite & courteous throughout my dealings with him. Will definitely buy from them again.
