Kitchen Magic Anmeldelser

The design experience with Kitchen Magic was good overall. David talked us through the different options, answered our questions and gave us useful information during the visit.

We were emailed two quotes, one with a quartz worktop and one with a laminate worktop.

After this, we took the time to get four further quotes so we could compare properly. This included two companies that would completely redesign the kitchen, rip out the old one and replace it with a brand-new kitchen.

In the end, we decided to go with Avanti Kitchens, as Kitchen Magic’s like-for-like quotes were more expensive than a full rip-out and new design. Their quotes state that they are 50% cheaper than a full kitchen refit, but based on the quotes we received, this was not accurate in our case.

Based on our experience, it is definitely worth getting quotes for both replacement doors and a full kitchen before committing, as the price difference may not be as big as you might expect.

My whole experience was excellent from sales right through to fitter.
Ali was so polite, friendly and respectful.
Extremely hard working non stop. His workmanship was a excellent job. Clean working, always left kitchen clean and tidy at end of day.
Ali has done a excellent job, my kitchen looks great, I am very pleased with it all and completed in the time scale set. Thank you Ali.

Very quick service, good workmanship with little disruption. We are very pleased with the new kitchen.
Happy to recommend

We had Cindy the salesperson who was very efficient at her job. Artur the fitter came to fit the units and other jobs, and he did an excellent job. The only negative aspect of this company is, that if you are having any gas work done you have to find your own fitter as they do not do gas work. We think that considering the overall charge, that any gas work should be included in the price as it is not easy for people to get gas fitters to come at specific times

We found Kitchen fitter very helpful and even came up with some suggestions that was of help to us
and the over the two days our kitchen was transformed
we would recommend them

What an absolute fantastic job undertaken by the Installer Artur. His work is of excellent standard, attention to detail 101%. Such an organised worker, very respectful of your property, a very polite person, worked hard whilst undertaking the job, and offered some advice. Very proud of his workmanship and good communication throughout by Artur and the Company. From start of enquiry to final project this installation was in such a very timely. This is my 3rd time of using Kitchen Magic and would certainly recommend. Quality of products superb. Started on 30th April and completed on 1st May 26

Everyone from start to finish was very professional. Our fitter Sanjay did an excellent job attention to detail and he worked hard to complete the work to a high standard. We're very pleased with the end result looks like a new kitchen would highly recommend kitchen magic

From sales agent, surveyor, delivery and fitter everyone was engaging and professional

The Was Brilliant!!! 10 /10

Calm and Professional service for our worktop renewal. Everything went to plan and the work was faultless. Really pleased to have had it done. We will definitely use Kitchen Magic when we renew the entire kitchen.

Everyone was so professional from the initial visit to the survey and installation. Would recommended your company without hesitation. Good job done so pleased with the results looks like a new kitchen. Brilliant job and great price too. All surveyed and fitted within 3 weeks excellent service

The process was smooth and efficient. The fitter (Luke) was exceptional. He worked quickly, was very tidy and proactive, suggesting some improvements along the way. The one glitch was an error with the order which became apparent when the surveyor measured the kitchen. That said, the matter was dealt with quickly and fairly by the company.

It was quick and efficient and all was fine thankyou

Was good from start to finish from initial consultation to the fantastic fitter.

I found the salesman a little pushy, if I’m honest. And I was not impressed that you wanted a 50% deposit.
However all this was forgotten when I saw the end result. Ali the installer was a really nice guy, and his work was fantastic. I am very impressed with the overall result. I love my kitchen again ❤️

The kitchen itself is fine. I have only given 3 stars because of the lack of clean up. Of course you expect it will make a mess but as the cutting was done in a communal area I assumed when finished the fitter would sweep up before he left. It took me over 2 hours to clean the space and filled 2 large buckets. I also had to provide my own dust sheets to protect my carpet. Such a shame as the fitter was such an amiable young man and did work very hard.

This Company really seems to care about their customers. My experience was a very good one fron Aga, who came to do the initial conversationand measure, the Surveyor, lovely man and the brilliant 3 fitters. They have their own factory so no long wait for the product. Which brings me to the best bit. Fantastic, solid, well made doors. I would totally recommend this company. Thank you Kitchen Magic...and this is a genuine review.

From the first moment everybody behaved professionally, I had no worries at all

We are very pleased with our kitchen make over .a very professional job ,the staff were very friendly .we highly recommend kitchen magic .I have recommended kitchen magic on my Facebook page

Someone came to give me a quote within 2 days of my enquiry. I accepted the quote and 2 days later the surveyor came to check all the measurements. 10 days later the fitter came as promised by 9am. It was all completed in under 4 hours, and all was left clean and tidy, all old doors taken away. A transformation for my kitchen, as everyone who has seen it says as well. I would highly recommend the whole experience.
