Kitchen Magic Anmeldelser

Very easy to organise and arrange….bit unsure about methods of payment…. Don’t think that you should have to pay up front monies before your kitchen is installed or updated…so they should re-think that method of payment…

Exerlent service and Jordan the fitter was amazing and very good.
Thank you kind regards
Mrs Sandra Taylor.

your fitter was very good, very clean and tidy worker, the only thing was not having a firm date for a couple of days when the old doors would be collected.

No hard push sales talk from James, when we asked for a no obligation quote.
Great communication throughout.
Competitive quote. Once we agreed to go with them, they arranged a very quick fitting date.
The fitters, Luke and Phil, were very friendly, fast and professional.
Thank you so much.

Extremely quick and efficient service. I had my first visit from Kitchen Magic on 7th May and the new doors were fitted on 22nd May. Good quality doors at a reasonable price. Charlie fitted 10 new doors new plinths, cornices and pelmets in half a day. Very pleased with the results.

When making my appointment, I specifically asked for it to be made at a certain time as I had another appointment that I had to attend. The girl I spoke acknowledged this and said that she would inform the designer.

The designer did not arrive and when I called the company, they said that my appointment had been booked in an hour later.

I had taken the time off and got ready specifically for this. It was an absolute waste of my time.

I would definitely not recommend this company.

Our fitter was Ali. Nothing was too much trouble in spite of sizing of panels being wrong and errors by a colleague who was supposed to help him. He was helpful and courteous throughout

I would not recommend this company as all the material that they use for doors and drawers is only MDF cheap as chip that’s why the door bow because it’s cheap material they use avoid this company believe me.
And when you need to speak to Ian the supervisor he is never available.
So I don’t recommend ppl use this company because you just don’t get your money worth.

Artur was very friendly and informative.
Nothing was too much trouble, and his workmanship was excellent. Well done Artur!!!

Great experience with Kitchen Magic. Excellent fitting from Adrian and Bobi. They worked really hard and checked all the little details were correct all the way through. It has made our kitchen so much brighter and much more affordable than a whole new kitchen.

From start to finish all the staff very helpful and polite took time to go through what we wanted showed us pictures of how our new kitchen would look and the fitters absolutely done a superb job and tidied up afterwards a brilliant company highly recommended

Very good experience, The fitter Mick had excellent attention to detail, thanks. Graham & Annie

Excellent service. Worked efficiently and very pleasant. Pleased with the work completed.

What a great guy that came to fit our kitchen, his name was Ali and he was such a gentlemen. He had an apprentice with him and at all times his instructions were clear and precise. The kitchen was fitted to a great standard and they cleaned up as they went along. I absolutely love my kitchen and would recommend this company to anyone. Such a professional company and omce again Ali was a true gentlemen.

All ontime ,install technician was friendly helpful and efficient.
Issue with wrong invoice but was corrected after phone call
Pleased with the kitchen looks great.
Only thing that could be better was expensive 0800 phone call very costly.

The whole experience with KItchen Magic from the initial meeting was excellent and very professional.
Cindy was our sales representative and she was very professional and ensured we were totally comfortable with the choice of material, kitchen equipment and time line offered.
For any kitchen restoration the key for a successful completion is the fitter. Callum was our fitter and he was so experienced very customer focused and wished to deliver a product and service of truly exceptional quality.
His skill and professionalism was so positive and a very hard working individual, the whole experience was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Kitchen Magic to a colleague.

The salesman James wasn't pushy and explained everything well.
Surveyor was punctual and efficient.
The fitter was experienced and did a great job.
We are really pleased with our new doors and drawer fronts.

When we moved in to our new house, we decided we would give our kitchen a makeover. We went with Kitchen Magic as the designer promised all we wanted. When it was fitted there were many discrepancies and things werent finished to the standard we expected. We brought these to the attention of Kitchen Magic and they sent out another fitter to correct the shoddy work that had been done. The other fitter was Ryan Butterfield and the job he did was fantastic. He was tidy, polite and cared about the product.
All in all we are satisfied with the end result.

From choosing the new doors for our kitchen through to the fitting by Artur everything went smoothly. Kitchen now looks great and is useable. Thanks

We're pleased with the cupboard doors, but the person who came to fit them did a poor job and seemed to be in a hurry to finish as early as possible. He also showed no care for the property or the items that we had left in the cupboards (as advised by Kitchen Magic that we could do so), banging and crashing into things in his haste. We had to get someone back to put a few things right, but Kitchen Magic were very helpful and sorted this out straight away.
