Scam
Wow. They send me an item that's nothing like image on their Website. Now they are telling me I have to pay postage to return when you know you have scammed me. Absolute disgrace. They know what they are doing and still trying to make money from it by telling customers to pay the postage. This should be reported to the police.
You can tell the fake comments about brilliant experience. The website needs to shut down. I won't stop until I get my full refund including postage and packaging

Poor service
The dress came in the wrong size, I returned it to get the correct one but had to pay an additional £25 to get it shipped back to China. The replacement was made of cheap fabric and had stains on the sleeves and also didn’t fit. It was their smallest size and I’m a UK size 8/10 (M). They only refunded me the cost of the dress minus any shipping. I’m appalled and will never order from here again.

My email adress is correct, because I've got an order confirmation and get Kistania information all the time, you have my correct email adress!
What happens now? Will I get my money refunded?
Don't order from this scamside! Was waiting over a month for my item, when I checked my tracking link, it showed that it's been sent back to the company! I've never received an e-mail ore sms that my item is ready to pick up!
I'm very disappointed and angry! Guess I'll never get my money back either

J'ai commandé une robe d'halloween. Sur l'image on voit clairement une robe épaisse. J'ai reçu... Une robe en voile. 🤣 c'est à dire que la totalité de la robe est transparente et a l'épaisseur d'une feuille à rouler le tabac bio. Ça n'a aucun sens.

Scam Alert
Don't order from this site. It's a scam. I ordered a coat and after weeks for delivery I got an email telling me that my address is not correct and to pick up at the post office and at the same time another email saying it's back at the warehouse and I need to click on a link sent to pay $8 to deliver again. They gave me a deadline date to pay $8 or they won't take responsibility. Dodgy af.

The biggest scam I've ever seen
The biggest scam I've ever seen. Everything is just a lie, the quality of the products, the materials used, they are not even complete dresses but several poorly sewn pieces which are not even all right side up! Nothing is fitted it's just not what you see in the photos and what they say in the descriptions. I paid for products that I did not receive, they sent me pieces of cloth instead. Really very disappointed, and it comes from China not the US.

I totally recommend!
A wide variety of items with a unique design and style. The quality is great, the shipping was a little long for me but it's worth it + you can get free items with your order!
Also if you have any questions or problems with your order, the staff is super nice and helpful. In conclusion I would totally recommend Kistania!
