Great trip. People were all nice. Accommodation and meals were beyond awesome. Ever was taken care of,that made the trip even better.

From start to finish we were treated like royalty by John Hall. Our tour guide Steve was exceptional and knew so much. The schedule was set so we saw the best of the best. Rooms were high class and the food was unbelievable. You eat a lot so no excuse to say you’re hungry l. Best trip I ever have taken and the scenery was breathtaking and met so many incredible people who are now friends. John Hall put together the best tour ever.

The total experience was exceptional. The time you get off the plane till the time you’re ready to depart is covered by John Hall. The luggage is handled from start to finish. The meals are diverse and delicious. The opportunity to explore Alaska is more than we ever imagined. The Hall experience is one that will be talked about and remembered. The things we did, the places we saw/experienced can not be compared to any other tour. This was not just cruise on a ship and see Alaska. We actually get to have a true feel for this state. The John Hall Untamed Alaska tour is the only way to go!!

John Hall's Alaska is the best tour group in my opinion. They are very personal, hands on for all of your needs. They plan and execute the activities very well. If any personal needs arise, they provide the assistance needed to resolve the issue. My wife had an ear infection, the tour operator found a clinic, dropped us off at the clinic and arranged a ride back to the hotel after the appointment. Everything is taken care of. Luggage is handled. All hotels / stays are top notch. When they say "inclusive" it means "inclusive". This was our second tour with JHA. Highly recommend them.

We’ve experienced two amazing trips with John Hall’s Alaska. I just knew our Aurora and Iditarod trip couldn’t possibly live up to our Grand Slam tour, but I was so wrong! These small group, perfectly thought out, all inclusive trips are first class. From Jenny in the office, to Elizabeth, Matt, Mark, Patrick and all the other John Hall family, by the time we left, we felt like part of one big family. We enjoyed meeting and traveling with some great fellow travelers. Every tour that I have been on with John Hall’s Alaska has been fabulous! They are the best tour company! The Costa Rica Explorer adventure was amazing! We got to see the beautiful architecture of San Jose’, the rainforest (the wildlife), and the plantations. Truly a wonderful trip!

We just got back from John Hall's Alaska tour to Australia and New Zealand. It was a 5 star experience the whole way, from the hotels to the food and all the tours. From the very first interation with John Hall's Tours, I felt taken care of and appreciated and this feeling lasted my whole trip. Jenny was the one to let me know Alaska Airlines had changed my reservation by 5 hours on both my flights; the airlines hadn't notified me. I don't think there is a better company to see Alaska with, especially to experience the Iditarod and Northern Lights. When people ask me about my trip, the first words out of my mouth are, "It was AMAZING!". The treatment was 5 star and they thought of everything. I will definitely consider travelling with them again. It was everything I would have wanted to fulfill my bucket list wish.

The highlight for our most recent trip to Alaska was the flight seeing at Chugach. Other highlights included seeing the view of Anchorage from the Glen Alps trailhead (with Uber driver) and the Borealis Base Camp.

Trips are well planned and the guide coordinates and communicates well. Coach is comfortable, clean and stocked with beverages. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Small group tours are so much better than large groups or cruise ships.

Our flight was cancelled in Seattle and our earliest flight was the next day at
5 pm. Jenny and John were exceptional in making sure we were taken care of us by meeting our air flight very late at night and getting us in the hotel. They also cancelled the 2 days that we were getting there early and got us a full refund for those days.
Considering the problems getting to Alaska we really had a great experience. Would highly recommend John Hall’s Alaska Cruise.
