They are a fraudulent company, that absolutely rip you off, I ordered a 24.95 item and I was charged $175.00 I immediately tried to cancel and the sent to my mailbox 6 hrs later that it cannot be canceled because it has already been shipped, now a week later it still hasn't been shipped and I tried to call support and it is a fraudulent line with no one to talk to.

I made the mistake of a late night purchase. When I got the confirmation from the company, 30 minutes later, I immediately emailed and said I wanted to cancel the order, partly because I decided I didn't want the item, but also because the added another item I did not purchase ($79)!! Received a email from them this morning saying they could not cancel at this time because they had already processed the purchase. The payment hasn't even processed yet!!! I will definitely discourage ANYONE from doing business with this company!!!

They have stole $200 with "smart glasses" that are just +3 glasses and are garbage. No returns info, nothing.

I ordered 1 pair of glasses received 4 that I was charged for they didn't work what so ever .Could not return because the cost for shipping was more than I paid for the glasses and they would not send me a prepaid shipping label.

Ordered 3 dog collars-received 3 “Just for Better Space” plug-ins. After 2 months of back and forth with them, I am still out $83.45 and they refuse to help in any way other than to offer a “discount” on the items I did not order and do not even want. MAJOR RIP-OFF. Avoid this company!

WARNING!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I could rate lower than one star, I would! Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering a pair of glasses. Totally dissatisfied about my experience with this business. Eager to take your money. Issues getting refund.

First issue: Big delay with receiving accurate info regarding tracking of product. Had to contact company and question status of order. Delay receiving product.
Second issue: Can only contact company via email.
Third issue: The product itself does not meet expectations or match the advertised description. Cheap plastic for which I was charged $39.99. Charged $14.99 for cheap plastic glasses case. Charged additional $14.49 for warranty. Total: $69.47
Fourth issue: When package was received, the label showed product being sent from Elk Grove Village IL. However, was told by company that I was expected to ship the product back to Shenzhen, China in order to receive a refund. Plus it was going to cost me additional money out of pocket to do so. Why? If it came from Illinois, I should have been able to return it to Illinois.
Fifth issue: The following statement was given in email to me..... "Additionally, I want to emphasize the importance of proper packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Please note that if the product is damaged upon arrival at our office, we may not be able to provide a full refund." This greatly concerned me, especially since the product was mailed in the USA and received by me in a small 5X8 thinly padded envelope. However, the company expects me (you) to ship the product to China in order to receive a refund! And that's assuming "they" don't "claim" there was damage during transit... preventing me from receiving a full refund. After having already paid nearly $70, and expected to spend more out of pocket to ship the product to China, do you really think I trust this company to give me a full refund after all this?! NOT!!!! I will be reporting this to the BBB.

I purchased an item to kill bugs in my house but it wasn't as I expected. I got permission to return it and it cost $60 to return it to China. I sent all the required documentation and now over 2 months later I have STILL not received my refund - just "please be patient" emails.

Brought vision changing glasses from this company, and the glasses were a piece of JUNK!!! I bought them with my credit card, and then they put another charge on my card that was fraudulent! I had to call my credit card company and get a new card. I took the glasses to my Eye Doctor, and he said that they were GARBAGE. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This nothing but a complete Scam!! I won't be getting a refund, because I will NOT give them another Credit Card Number.

I should've looked for the reviews before buying anything from them!? Same thing as most everyone? I bought ONE, and somehow I was charged for FOUR, for "great savings". What showed up was poorly packaged, and one of the items didn't survive the mailing. No one replies, except via email, and the reply is the same. "Hey! There's nothing I can do. Sorry for the inconvenience." I HATE getting scammed from the outset, ie: getting 4 items, and being charged for more then the ONE item I wanted and bought!!!

Kiro brands supposedly shipped my item visa Express mail (USPS). Two weeks after item was reportedly shipped USPS reported putting the order in the unsecured rural mailbox on the road outside the campground I'm living in (I happened to be 600 miles away in Ohio doing annual doctor visits.
When I returned I looked in mailbox and only a collection of junk mail was in the mailbox.
Contacted USPS & they confirmed delivery was made, but since item was shipped via express mail was covered by insurance and the sender had to initiate the insurance claim. Kiro brands declined to do so.
I would have rated them lower than one star, but the system has to have on sta r.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ORGANIZATION!!

I ordered for £99 and when I found out it was just cheap plastic, I sent it back. I provided proof of sending it back, they confirmed to have received it, but now nearly 2 months later I still don't have my refund. While in their website it says a refund should only take about 7-10 days. They just keep responding on my emails that my refund is in a cue. Seriously? For 2 months? I feel being scammed as well.

I ordered hearing aids for $158 and never received them. Don’t know how to get a hold of them. They just totally ask me out so I’m trying to find a way to get in touch with them so I can get my money back.

This item is a complete scam. I tried to return them, but I will not pay the shipping back to China.
The company knows they are taking 39.00 for a product that doesnt work!

I ordered only a pair of glasses n they had the nerve to add quick shipping cost and a case without my permission!!!! I emailed them to remove it but he said wait till I get my order n then will do it but I ended up not liking it because it's blurring. It cost $250 to ship back to them!! I was so upset! They did on purpose to make money from us!!! This company should be banned!!! I'm doing something about it. I will ask my lawyer for advice. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! They aren't honest! All they do is stealing our money!!! How can the glasses fit everyone!!??

I bought an ECO OBD2. Fuel saver. It was £41.93. I bought the one exactly on EBay for £4.90 It also arrived quicker. What a rip off

Cheap plastic frames and lens , better quality at dollar store , when try to return they wanted it shipped back to China , when it was shipped to me from California

They over charged me . I ordered something $29.00 and they charged me $239.00 . They are thieves . And you cannot get back with them

The same thing happened with me I ordered 1 pair of self adjusting glasses @£19.99 and ended up with 6 pair and charged £137.00 I tried to cancel before shipping but was told once ordered they can't change as already being dispatched, when they came they were just reading glasses with no magic effect email after email and just getting the runaround I sent them back at a cost of £16 postage, tracked to China 2 weeks ago and still in customs the last I heard, but I have PayPal on my case and making progress, Don't BUY

The company is a scam! As soon as the glasses arrived I tried them on and discovered they were nothing as advertised. A cheap pair of low power reading glasses. I immediately contacted them asking for a refund with no reply after 3 attempts. I then contacted PayPal asking for help. They said I should return to a address in North Dakota with proof of delivery which I did the same day. I have followed up with PayPal every week for 6 weeks. They just said my case was settled in the sellers favor?/ I just called PayPal and talked to some guy in another country who told me he would open the case again. Hopefully I will get a credit. Be warned...do not buy anything unless it is from Amazon as you can get a speedy credit. I am so disappointed with PayPal as this seller still offers the PayPal option which puzzles me? PayPal should stop Kirobrands from using their service.
