This cute little dog is at the low end of what I expected.
* It has about a 7 second cycle that repeats. 3 seconds forward motion; 4 seconds backwards with some supposed squeaky doggy sounds. Continuous - for maybe 45-60 minutes battery life.
* There is NO AI component to this.
* The advertisement video is disingenuous.
* Smaller than expected - about 6" tall
* Not soft - 2 hard boxes; 1 for body and 1 for head - covered in the fluffy material shown.

FRAUD!!! Just like the other reviews, this company uses "bait and switch" techniques. I ordered the Blazara lighter from the advertisement. It CLEARLY STATES and compares this lighter with "others" as non-fuel and is "rechargeable" with USB charger with up 300 lights per charge!!!! Received my supposed "Blazara lighter" with instructions to refuel with butane!!!! Emailed company and they said I received the CORRECT item!! My package was sent from City of Industry (CA) but they want me to send back insured to CHINA (like the other reviewers said). Save your $$$ and put these scammers out of business (I know they will just come back as another fraud company!!) FRAUDSTERS

I ORDERED A TOY DOG AND THEY ADDED TWO OTHER THINGS TO MY ORDER, BRINGING IT TO A TOTAL OVER $80.00, WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN $40.00!!! I HAVE ALREADY BEGUN LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM BECAUSE NO COMPANY CAN PUT FICTICIOUS CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!

That little heater got put to the test during a cold snap and it really made my bathroom tolerable in the mornings. No more freezing while waiting for the shower to warm up. Small thing but made such a big difference.

A complete scam - - and they don't even bother to try to hide it or to issue any kind of rebuttal. Isn't there a consumer rights attorney out there who would like to help the cause of honest, hard-working little guys who are being ripped off??

I was checking out their website regarding the puppies. I changed my mind and closed out the website. A couple hours later I checked my bank account and found that they had charged me for one of the items plus extra $24.95 for a membership thing that I never agreed to. I’ve tried calling them twice and I’ve emailed them about three or four times and I yet have not heard one word from them. I wish I had read the reviews before I made the decision to do this. I don’t know how I’m gonna get my money back.

I have to add an update…as of 12/6/25 I have received a refund of the item plus the $24.95. I didn’t receive my shipping fee refunded but I wasn’t really expecting that anyway. I had actually cancelled my order within an hour after a I ordered it and according to their policy if you cancel within a 6 hour window you can receive a refund as long as the item hasn’t been shipped out.

This company is a SCAM...they advertise their product has special features, over price it and when you get the order it's a cheap off brand product from China with no documentation or operating information. Definitely NOT as advertised! The product is available for 1/4 of the price elsewhere. Looks like it's an other Israeli scam and contact number is untraceable 844 scammer infested area code.

I was ordering one (1) of the little robot dogs from Kirobrands, so I was directed to pay through my PayPal account for that one item. However, when I returned to the Kirobrand website to confirm the purchase, there were other items presented to me that I refused by clicking NO. When you click the NO button, it charges that item to your PayPal or Credit Card account. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact this company by phone and email, but they will not respond at all. We need to close this company and expose them to the media platforms that they are using. Let's do It!

I ordered 2 lighter torches. When received neither worked. You can only email, you can't actually talk to anyone. They told me to ship back their defective product to China. The cost is higher than the product refund. When I asked why I am paying for shipping back their defective product I was told that is policy. But at least they were truly sorry. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM

I ordered one pair but was sent 2 the day I ordered them they charged my card 29.99 then charged my card right after that 34.99. The glasses are horrible checked my account today to find that they charged my card again for 24.99. I will be reporting this company for fraud because the only charged I authorized was 29.99 for one pair of these HORRIBLE CHEAPLY MADE GLASSES!!!

The spectacles ordered were the same as Poundland. Returned to China but they were not available for delivery and have not arranged another delivery I can see from tracking , so as they have not been received will not refund . Total scam do not touch them with a barge poll !

You will regret ever giving this company a dollar. I tried to cancel my order immediately after making it, and they said it was too late. AND they snuck on some care package bullshit that i cant find any info on thats a monthly subscription and if i didnt see it on my bank record, i wouldve had no idea i was paying for it. Theres no info anywhere, it wasnt evem mentioned in my order when i paid. Its super sketchy. Fck this place, please please please dont give them your number.

This company sells bullshit and then they scam you with elite membership charges. I hope one of those 3 letter agencies gives them the business. I'm fuckig pissed.

They charged me for an item I did not order. I was able to get the money back through paypal but then they signed me up for a recurring charge to get the item monthly. I never ordered they item to begin with and then they signed me up for monthly charges. This company is dirty! Do not order anything from this company!

Ordered 4 of the little dogs for gifts for young kids for Christmas! Twice ask to add things to my order and I refused! Looking at bill for my completed order they added one that I said no! It was $14.?? Called my bank who said would take care of it! Never again will I order from Kirobrands also will tell everyone I know about their Fraudulent doings!
Also reporting them to Federal Trade Commission!

I ordered this and it is not a plasma lighter it's butane . It looks like it but is not the lighter they are advertising. I wish they would send me the real deal. Im very disappointed.

Charged for package deal,24.95 that i clicked no on, charged for more than one phone charger, complete scam, YouTube should not let these scammed products on their sight

Saw the plasma lighter on YouTube swallowed the BS hook, line and sinker, so I scanned the QR code. When they sent the receipt I noticed that I also purchased a mystery box. I sent them my first email stating that I wanted a refund on the mystery box as I did not authorize it. I guess I was fortunate that they refunded that without any issues. Then I received the lighter. The only thing that was as advertised was how it looked. There is no usb port to charge it. Only port is for filling it up with butane. To get a refund I have to send it to China. That would cost three to four times the amount I paid for it.
