Kirobrands offers pretty good sales adds but that is about as far as their quality goes. It took over 3 weeks for my order for a charger to arrive from a shipping address two states away. The received item was not as described, pictured or advertised. It did not include any paper work, warranty or any other documents. It did not function as advertised, and was actually much slower than my currently owned slow chargers. Their web site does not hold any information as to where to return the item but their CS email stated it must be returned to China using a reputable shipper.

This company should be barred for false and deceptive advertising and for their poor shipping and return practices. Don't waste your time or money unless you need a frustrating experience and another worthless paperweight. One star is not low enough for this company.

I would rate this company -10 were that possible. They blatantly misrepresent their products which are criminally overpriced. They sold a 4-pack of AI puppies shown as similar to the Furbies of old for $16 each, yet upon arrival, these were as dumb as bricks, and one of the 4 was broken. I will report this company to the FTC - hopefully they can be barred from doing business in the USA.

Ordered little robot dog for a Christmas gift. Accidentally hit add mystery gift box after a couple of emails I was quickly refunded. The gift arrived in time on December 23rd and I am satisfied with the transaction.

I ordered an 'electric' USB rechargeable lighter by Kiro Brands own description on website. What I received is a butane refillable lighter. I contacted to return and was instructed I would need to return directly to China. I checked website again to be sure I had read the description correctly. The description has been removed. You only have option, from looking at the picture, to select quantity wanted and add to cart. I see Paul B on 11/26/25 experienced this same situation - ordered USB lighter and received Butane and then told he would have to return directly to China. Instructions I was given to return specified to return not only to China but specifically stated return packaging must be secure and protective even though I received this lighter in a 6 x 9 white slightly padded enveloped from their fulfillment center in Jamaica, NY. I also see others have problems in actually receiving refunds. Please DO NOT order from this company. Based on my own experience, this company is a complete fraud. If I could give a review of zero stars or even a negative 10, I would. Hopefully, I can give this butane lighter to some camping friends so I will not have wasted $ 48.94 (cost of item and shipping).

This company is a Fraud >..!! They advertise an AI Dog and ship a $5 toy that ONLY looks like the Ad. They shipped it in a small padded envelope with no protection or boxing and when I wanted to return it ... they insisted it be shipped in secure box and shipped to CHINA at great expense.
PAYPAL was great in correcting this problem and I hope that they NEVER support this company again.!!

should be zero stars. I bought a USB charger from them online. Very hard to even find the site after purchase. It was wrong for my phone so they sent me info that I had to ship it back to China to get a refund. It is now 2 months later and they have not refunded. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

Ordered one charger for electronics equip. Price wasn’t bad. Instead they sent one and added $25 in extra charges. Customer service terrible. Made getting a credit and return a nightmare full of hoops.
This is a Chinese company with no standards with an American company distributor. Do not order anything from them!

Do not purchase this Waggy dog. It is a scam. The dog looks nothing like what is advertised. They add on a mystery box, I was sent a gift card. When you login the site for the gift card it states the server cannot be found.

I requested four dogs for my artistic grandchildren is sad to say, and this is a fraud advertisement that they have online. I receive a puppy that you can buy this puppy at the $99. Store with batteries this is a fraud unfortunate. I cannot upload the picture of what I got is so disappointed for the people out there.

Complete false advertisement the lighter they sell is not fuel free, do not buy from these people.The lighter is mostly plastic and there is no place to charge it as advertised.

I placed my order#182669 on Dec 13th for one dog at 29.99. after they collected my payment information and clicked to submit it then went to another page that told me to submit after the third page I saw the small black print that said to click for no. I did that and by then my order was up to 114.00 and now I am receiving a mystery box and two more dogs so I went back to adjust the order and that cannot be done. I could only email support. So I immediately emailed support to cancel. I sent a second email requesting confirmation of cancellation. I also attempted calling the number on the order form and no answer but was directed again to the support email. I looked at my bank account and the 114 was taken out already. All this had taken place over a 10 minute time span 24 hours later I received an email that said. Sorry your order is in process so whenever you receive these items reach out to us and we will tell you how to return them and get a refund. After reading these reviews I am not looking forward to working with this company.

This is a total scam. Ordered a $35 mag volt and was charged $120. No phone number and no response from my emails. Will be contacting my state attorney general’s office since this is such a blatant steal.

I did not order that special gift package at $24.00

They took my money, delivered no product and refused to refund. They tell me in email that the product was delivered and I should ask the post office where it is or look around my mailbox or ask neighbors about it. Did all that and still no package.

I order (1) item then the next thing I knew my card alert me that the Company charge me 2 more times for items I NEVER Request. Shame On This Company. I immediately called my Card account it’s has been taken care of.

I purchased one Waggy dog which was $19.99 and they ended up adding a bunch of other things to the tune of $158 that I had not selected at check out. I called them to cancel the order and they don't pick up the phone. They refer you to the email support which they don't respond either. I had to call my bank and refute all the charges.

I reached out to customer support to ask where the best spot for the charcoal bags would be and they explained it all clearly. No canned responses or robotic tone an actual human reply.

Another customer Warning you to PLEASE KEEP your money this IS a totally FRAUDULENT company! I ordered 1 of the dogs and they put in a $9.99 "add-on" which I NEVER input. I emailed, they said they'd refund. The responder in her email sounded totally legit. I haven't received a refund after 3 successive emails NOR the dog!!! Beware I actually think I'm taking this to "7 on your side" ABC news to get these bastards!

This cute little dog is at the low end of what I expected.
* It has about a 7 second cycle that repeats. 3 seconds forward motion; 4 seconds backwards with some supposed squeaky doggy sounds. Continuous - for maybe 45-60 minutes battery life.
* There is NO AI component to this.
* The advertisement video is disingenuous.
* Smaller than expected - about 6" tall
* Not soft - 2 hard boxes; 1 for body and 1 for head - covered in the fluffy material shown.
