This facet was installed in my laundry room. This is a very good quality product which met my need for an 8 inch deck which was very hard to find. The interior fittings are solid brass - built to last. Easy installation all necessary parts provided with detailed instructions for installation.

I ordered a clawfoot bathtub and Associated Plumbing. My order arrived by Freight in just a few days. I opened the box and checked it all out, and the tub arrived in perfect shape. It is beautiful! I would recommend ordering from this company again.

An issue developed with missing parts. I was very pleased with the prompt customer service & would not hesitate to purchase Kingston Brass products again. Thank you !! REVIEW REGARDING MY ORDER
The product quality is very good and meets our expectation however we faced a difficulty in communicating the sales person handling our account as they seem unresponsive and takes long to respond considering the time difference between US and UAE. Nevertheless, we would like to emphasize that this will be a continuous order, as we use this product in our equipment. We are hoping to receive a better assistance and prompt response with our future order.

Honestly o out of the four that I bought had a defective drain pipe and my plumber used a different brand he had on his truck and it worked. Sad part was I got charged for removing the new pipe plus payed for new drain assembly and paid again to have another one installed.
