Excellent product. Was searching for months to find a tub spout with a diverter that was longer than 8 inches. Wanted one at 12 inches, but the 10in spout from you is working wonderfully.

Fast shipping …great quality faucet not like the cheep stuff I seen at Lowe’s and Home Depot. I will definitely be using Kingston for all my future purchases.

My Kingston bridge faucet started spraying water on my counter top. This was caused buy the plastic part in the aireator becoming clogged with scale. After soaking in vinagar it was better but still... Vis mer

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! Kingston Brass Inc. is a sham company selling sub-par plumbing fixtures. I have had nothing but problems with finish flaking off the 2 year old fixtures, Kingston's "customer service" tells me Kingston will not replace them saying "the finish is considered a living finish" and will change over time. Weasel words. Flaking off and showing the base metal is not a "living finish," it is just badly made. The shower diverter has also failed, also only 2 years old. Kingston brass has a 10 year warranty but they do not honor that. All were installed during our bathroom reno by a certified and experienced plumber. We are so disappointed with our new bathroom and now have to pay out of pocket for all the repairs and replacement of our fixtures.

By requiring a signature at delivery…

By requiring a signature at delivery and the shipper not providing a delivery window, I had to lose a day of work and stay home, push my plumber off, and extend the finishing date of the house I'm finishing. This $200 faucet has cost me thousands, if not tens of thousands, of dollars. Also, the internals are cheap.

Very disappointed in the product and the service

The Kingston Brass warhouse is less than 500 miles from me, and it still takes 4 business days to get an order from them. They delivered a diverter that leaks. I called and rather than help me over the phone the agent told me to email the warranty department. They said they would get back to me in 48 hours. We're getting close to 72 hours, and nothing. Meanwhile my job is being held up by their defective products. I'm very disappointed.
