amazing experience! came in less than two weeks. I ordered the bag only version and i was slightly nervous that they might not send me the secret if it was the secret but they did! can confirm they will send you the secret ! I ordered the maymei poem of spring set and they’re absolutely beautiful! 🥰

I was very disappointed with my order and follow up from Kikagoods. I received the wrong order and it took a month to resolve the issue. By that time, I no longer needed the product and they did not want to give me a refund. They also asked me to return the incorrect product but I would have to pay shipping. They offered to reimburse through PayPal but I do not use PayPal. It was such a headache!

I tried to make a purchase a few times. Everything seemed well.. I waited.. No shipping.. waited. Still no shipping. Then I got a cancellation email. Weird. Nothing was out of stock. There was no reason. I called my bank to make sure everything was alright, I know they can mark things are suspicious at times... And it did. They had gotten many complaints about this website that it automatically flags as a scam. Damn. Okay. I try with another card just to see. Same thing. This is really suspicious to me now. There's more than meets the eye here if it kept happening. It's also a newer domain. I would definitely be cautious about this. It seems to be pointing to a scam for sure. Watch out.

Shipping takes awhile. Still awaiting orders from June. It may be due to International shipping. I am not sure.
Also, I received one no Box blind box which card was bent.
Other the that, the plushies ordered were undamaged and happy with them.

good page organisation, easy to navigate, updates often, generous deals- its always a treat checking back in to see the new releases! you don't need to slog through the whole catalogue to see what you want either- there's a tab for most recent things and other ways to sort as well. just want BJD? bam! just want plush? bam! looking for specific doll clothes size wise? guess what you can filter that too.

My packages always show up in a timely manner and I love their shop.

That was my first time ordering from KIKAgoods, I got a 5$ discount so I decided it worth to try.

Delivery was fast, package arrived very well secured, all 3 items I’ve ordered were in a perfect condition. The only little “minus” was a quite expensive delivery, but I didn’t take a star because it was international shipping by UPS to my door.

Maybe as an improvement you can add another delivery options, but anyway I had a good experience with this shop.

I’m so glad I came across Kikagoods. At first I was hesitant about purchasing from Kikagoods because it’s based in Hong Kong and I am from the U.S but I heard many people had a great experience and so I decided to purchase from Kikagoods. Literally within a few hours of placing my order, Kikagoods prepared my order and shipped it out! I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they were. My package arrived undamaged and intact.

It took a while to ship but it's real products. They also included stickers in my order!! Love that!!

i love the fact that shipping was quick and it was well worth the money, however.. i wish that the cctv dolls werent just a blind box. it doesn't feel fair to spend so much money and then not get the one you want.

Ordered a toy for my daughter. Tracking says it was delivered 3 days ago but this isnt the case and my daughter keeps asking when her toy is coming. Still waiting for a response from company. If not resolved will raise dispute with my card company to recover cost of my purchase.
