I regularly use Kikagoods, and they never disappoint! They stock so many brilliant collectables that are hard to find elsewhere at decent prices. Shipping has always been much faster than expected, and super easy to track.
Recently, I bought some birthday gifts for a friend from them, and added a happy birthday note—to my surprise, they handwrote my note into an adorable little card!! It made us both so happy and her birthday gift extra special :D

I ordered Jan 20 and got 2 sets of blind boxes that shipped separately. One arrived on Feb 2 and the other Feb 3. Boxes came in perfect without any dents. However I had 2 figures that came broken even though the box itself wasn't damaged in anyway. I emailed customer service and they got back to me within that day and they also replied back when I asked a question to their response in that same day too which is a bit crazy fast when some companies take a few days just to get back to the first email. So I'm giving 5 stars for good service and overall good products. I will be ordering from them again soon!

I AFTER MAKING MANY PURCHASES AND SPENDING HUNDREDS OF POUNDS WITH THIS COMPANY, I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM. I PRE- PAID FOR ITEMS THAT WOULD BE MAILED, THE APRIL 2026, BUT HAD TO CANCELLED. THE FULL PAYMENT WAS MADE, IN ADVANCE. I EXPECTED A FULL REFUND, BUT DID NOT RECEIVE IT. THE COMPANY THEN SAID THIS WAS BECAUSE OF THE DIFFERENT CURRENCY. THEREFORE IT WAS LESS THAN I PAID.
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE.

I just got into BJD dolls and Kikagoods has such a wonderful selection! I was so happy to get the tracking number in my email. The doll arrived as described and it's wonderful to have the social media channels to refer too and get updates on new things coming in!

The online store UI is not only pleasing to the eye, but is extremely easy to follow and works well across various devices whether on mobile or desktop. Not only do they allow notes with each purchase, but they listen to them, something I find many online stores lacking in. Customer service is not only timely, but also extremely respectful and try their best to help wherever they can. All items I have purchased have come in great condition, including my purchases of open bag/box blind boxes.

Shipping times may vary, but with Shopify and by viewing your order I was easily able to follow along with shipping updates. Packaging is discreet and secure, and the store has some of the best shipping pricing and offers available of overseas markets in similar fields, making it simple to use without a proxy service. While I loved the customer support, sometimes there were moments of clarity needed, such as having to confirm my invoice payment a day later due to them missing the payment submitted. I also wish the website allowed for a wishlist for users so that items could be found more easily for future purchases.

Overall, I have never been disappointed with the quality of my purchases or the level of professionalism from customer service. I highly encourage anyone interested in blind boxes, figurines, or other similar sales to look into supporting KikaGoods and their products!

Cheap/free shipping, shipping is fast, and my products always come in perfect condition, and very good packaging, i would recommend this website !!

I placed a large order in early December that Kikagoods shipped in 3 separate shipments. Two smaller packages with the majority of the order in the 3rd package. The first two packages were sent Yunexpress with Gofo as the last-mile delivery service. Both were delivered to my home with no issues. The 3rd larger shipment seems to be no where to be found.

Kikagoods provided a FedEx tracking number for the last-mile delivery on 12/10, but never gave me a tracking number showing the package shipping from China to the US. I've contacted customer service multiple times, and no one seems able to provide it. The Fedex last-mile tracking is now showing "Support ticket in progress".

I have reached out to their customer service multiple times over the past week and have not been able to get a resolution. All they say is to be "patient". I'm sorry but that isn't cutting it anymore at this point. This was a rather expensive order (over $1000) that contained holiday gifts for family. It's clear that the rest of my order is not going to arrive by Christmas. That is upsetting enough, but having the majority of my order seemingly nowhere to be found is even more upsetting.

Kikagoods seems unconcerned about this issue. I don't want to be told to be "patient". This has gone on long enough. Why can't you just give me the correct tracking number or just admit that you either haven't sent the package, or that one of your employees stole it? I will be filing a chargeback with my bank today. You've had a week to give me the correct tracking number, and for whatever reason, you just refuse.

Kikagoods is very fast with confirming and packing orders. I appreciated the freebies and how they listened to my note.

I discovered Kika from their yt channel and rest is history. I ordered from them a handful of times and had wonderful experience!

They are very reliable and quick on customer service responses and shipping. The prices of trinkets, blind boxes, and bjds are very reasonable too. I believe no sites I’m aware that sells similar products as them or local shops in my area can compete with them when comes to it.

They shipped in sturdy boxes and majority of the merch I ordered came in pristine conditions. In rare cases, they sometimes have small promotions of little goodies for purchasing specific amount.
