This thing will never make me orgasm and I don't know why. The stimulation is simply almost non existing, the material is weird, It takes way too long to charge and the videos on the internet are too often scripted very poorly. I hate this thing. Onyx+ & Kiiroo are a joke
I echo the sentiment and experience many have about the Onyx+ and Kiiroo support.
The unit was initially lost in the mail for several days before USPS returned it to sender, and I had to contact customer support to resolve it. Had to buy a 2nd unit before being refunded for the first and of course it took longer than 3-5 business days. I can forgive shipping delays due to the pandemic, but I expect more prompt communication from the company when there's an issue with shipping instead of relying on the customer to do their homework for them.
Mild delivery inconvenience aside, lets talk about the product. Mild is too strong a word to describe its performance. Like many have stated here, the Onyx+ provides almost NO SENSATION at all. I'm a pretty average guy, and I've tried both the standard and "Tight Fit" sleeve, and neither make a single difference. The contracting rings have hardly any power behind them. Of course like many others also, before I even got to experience the utter letdown, I had to google forums and reddit to fix the numerous connection issues to get even the simplest interactive content on pornhub to work. After getting frustrated with it for several hours (many on setup, about 15min of actual interactive content), I finished off the old fashioned way, cleaned the thing plugged it in to charge.
The cherry on top in all this is that after that 1 time I used it, the unit would never work again. Before using, I charged it as suggested with an outlet for over 4 hours and not powered usb from any other device. Cleaned the sleeves and never got anything other part of the device wet. Charged it for over 4 hours again while I air dried the sleeves, and then I stored it all away.
A few days later I decided to give it another try. Maybe I was doing something wrong, there's just no way that the rings are supposed to be this weak. Got ready to use it again but the stupid thing would turn on anymore. Plugging in the charger did nothing. Holding the power button for any amount of time or pattern did nothing, the manual was utterly useless.
Contacted support and sent them the requested video of the issue and they've agreed it's defective and that they'll ship a replacement. Before they shipped I asked if it would be possible to get a refund, or at least possibly a different product, becaus the Onyx+ does not work for me at all. Sending me a brand new Onyx would just frustrate me further. All they could offer was a 35% discount code for a Keon. So at this point I've spent $219USD + $20CAD in duty fees (despite it being called free delivery), used the disappointing device 1 time before it bricked. Instead of trying to make me a happy customer by allowing me to try another one of their products that may be more suitable for my needs (I would gladly pay the $30 difference in price between Onyx+/Keon), they are shipping me a useless toy and expect me to trust them and consider paying another $160+ to potentially have 2 bricked devices hidden in my closet.
Absolute joke.

I received an email 2 days after the reply to this review, and it did not mention any upgrade, just a replacement of my Realm version to the standard black onyx+ version, which are the exact same thing, not a more expensive replacement.

Expensive order was placed in March this year. The goods have never been received and the company refuses to refund me for the purchase until they receive the goods back.
I cannot return goods I have never received and they refuse to provide any form of evidence that goods were ever received / left at my property. They have no stopped even replying to emails.
Shows absolutely no consideration of customers, just want to screw you out of your money and then do nothing. Just look at there feedback on Trustpilot…. Save your money and avoid being scammed. AVOID at all costs!!!

Onyx+, bad first experience
1. Can't use with SexLikeReal Interactive on iOS (Doesn't work anymore)
2. Too big, I'm not huge, maybe 4.4cm, but pay attention anything bigger than 4.3cm is a "tight" fit.
3. Sleeve is cheap - On my first use, sleeve got a hole in it causing leak and difficult cleanup
4. Feel Connect app is a pain, attempts to pair websites require scanning the sites QR code, which doesn't work if you are browsing from your mobile device (can't photograph your own screen), or trying to get it to work in VR. You need to pair first with a second device like a laptop, and then you can hopefully use.
5. Not discrete from a volume perspective, device is loud enough to be recognizable in the next room, and sounds kind of like a breastmilk pump.

The kiiroo keon do not turn on, after charge it for 4 hours. The red led indicator turns green after few seconds of charging. And just blink (green light).

Fragile Kiiroo Titan
When my titan worked it was great, but it did not work very often.
When I wanted to use it, I had to turn it on and off a number of times before it was detected by the app and when it was detected it often lost the signal after a few seconds.
And then there are the 3 vibrating rods on which the sleeve is set... Removing and putting the sleeve back into place is not easy as it "sticks" to the rods. You have to pull the sleeve and at the same time it pulls the rods.
The rods are quite thin at their base: they are essentialy electric wire. After 3 months of removing the sleeve regularly to clean it, the wire of one of the rods snapped and broke beyond repair...

I bought an Onyx + but I have already failed two when loading it and syncing the videos. The fact is that Samantha is the one who took care of me and I am happy about it. He always had a correct treatment and I try to help me at all times. In the end they replaced the Onyx with a different model and now everything works perfectly.

Product doesn’t really work
Product doesn’t really work. Impossible to hook up to website or test interactive feature, unless of course I subscribe and pay money. Even without interactive element the presets are blah. My fleshlight works better and is a fraction of the cost. I give it another 5-10 years before they perfect this type of device. I will be returning mine, not concerned about their return policy. Device is simply defective and doesn’t perform as advertised. Order number 64347. I’ve opened a ticket for return/refund, product is boxed up and ready to sent back. Prefer to make this a hassle free return rather than dispute with Bank of America.

Great Job
I received a defective device with a bad registration code. I contacted support, got a new code and troubleshot issues. When that did not fix the problem, I sent a video showing how the device was malfunctioning as requested. After the device was verified defective, a replacement was immediately sent. Great customer service!

I order the product after reading up on the details and felt it would be a good fit for me. I received it a few days late but with the pandemic I’d let it slide if it were any good. I give 3 stars because I did receive customer service when searching for my delivery, they were generally prompt in letting me know the upsu tracking number. However, I must say the onyx+ itself isn’t very efficient. Basically I get myself ‘going’ and once inside, go soft. I’m not trying to be macho when I say I am very well endowed in both length and girth, so this was a big disappointment. I’m hoping to some how get a refund, $200 is a lot of money. I do hear they have lots of great products but this had little to no effect on me at all. Order number 64769
