Kidultverse Anmeldelser

Good price and shipping was quick. But the box came damaged outside and in. The Gunpla box inside was damaged and torn. There was no padding despite the shipping fee. Sent a couple of messages via different channels. No reply for more than a month. The first reply that came after that claimed that the issue was settled, which wasn't the case. I replied again, and then waited for another month (so it's >2 months by now) telling me that it's Royal Mail's issue. The seller should be responsible if things dont turn out right and you dont expect the buyer to contact the delivery company on your behalf. I'm not sure if I'll buy from this shop again, although the prices are good, but only good if the goods turn out right and the seller is responsive to messages and not having to wait for months and end up not getting anywhere.

Whether email or phone they are unresponsive. If your item is perfect then you are good but if defective you could not expect to return their product or get cancellation at all for any reason.
I won’t be buying from this shop any longer.

Great products, competitive prices, their Manchester store is crammed packed with Gundam and Gundam related merchandise. Good social media updates when new stock is due or has been delivered. They also offer a loyalty scheme and they are always very helpful, knowledgeable and polite in the store.

Non-existent customer service...

Applied for a refund within the window and as per the Terms & Conditions - I wrote via email to the order confirmation, as well as the online form on their website. It has not been responded to as at the time of writing, and I am left with a product I do not want. Their phone system is supposedly being upgraded, and is conveniently offline and has been for many weeks.

In all fairness, they dispatched the item fairly quickly. However, do not expect any after care whatsoever. If the item is damaged in transit or pre-packing, good luck getting your money back!

Fast delivery! Great products

First order came a day early, was packaged super well, plus the figure and box were new and felt very good. 10/10. Will order again. Thank you.

Always happy with Kidultverse , the range of gunpla , prices , fast posting and always arrives safely

First time ordering after comparing prices with other popular online retailers. If you pick your items, right, you'll end up saving some dough. Delivery processing was fast, items arrived as described, and well packaged. Now listed among my top model kit retailers.

Quick dispatch, great stock and fair pricing. Always my first stop for gunpla.

Turned up quick and well packaged

Consistently good condition kits.
Good assistance even when I screwed up and we had to call up a neighboring shop for assitance

Order from kidultverse often and have never had a bad experience, good stock and good prices, delivery is well priced and quick and products are packaged well. No complaints whatsoever.

great prices for kits and pickup is good for me. It would be better if ready to pickup was actually 1-2 days though. It took around 4 days

Didn’t arrive for the 2 days shipping but product was in perfect condition

Fair price, quick delivery!

Ordered a birthday gift for a friend that was amazing value in comparison to other websites. Came quickly and it packaged well. Pleased with my first experience with this company.

As has been mentioned in other reviews the packaging could be improved, a lot of dead space I'm the box leaving product to move around in transit. That being said my order arrived in good condition and was dispatched promptly. Prices are competitive. I ordered a pair of gundams, one of which I was unable to find anywhere else including a number of physical shops I went to in Japan.
