This is the 2nd time I've ordered a custom made flag for our scooter club, Shipley Scooter Club Originals. The first was last year & I found a lttle difficult although flag was first class & at a competitive price. This time Scott rang me back when I had a query & he offered to go through the procedure over the phone which we did. It took me 10 munutes from start to finish. Thanks very much Scott

Outstanding in every aspect of the service. From the easy design process right through to delivery, Both material and and print quality are A1 even with the lower weight fabric, if you get the design it well then expect a perfect product. Would highly recommend and will definitely be my first port of call if I need anything else making. Can't wait to get it on display now at the Welsh cup final this Sunday.

3 day production and one day delivery is an absolute lie. Event missed. £45 wasted. Hoping for an immediate refund.

Flag quality is great, I ordered express delivery and got it, customer service is decent, would definitely order again.

Place order and made a mistake and contacted to cancel, was done without any hassle and I reordered flag without mistake and was delivered before expected and also included flag i made mistake on which i greatly appreciate highly recommend this company and I will be using many times again in the future, thanks terrace flags.

They promise a 4 day print, 3 day delivery which would have given me enough time before the flag is needed. Never arrived, now without a flag for the event!

Very disappointing. None of my 20+ calls and 2 emails have been answered. Hoping the refund request is actioned quicker!!

What a amazing flag it come to me within 3 day great communication with terrace flags will buy again as its great you can design your own personal flag on good quality material as well thank you again date of my experience was Saturday 7-2-26 my 1st time putting it up 😀

Ordered a flag on the 21st Nov and they failed to deliver it by 24th Dec despite two promises of express service, they blamed courier problems but they had plenty of time to sort it out. Now waiting for a refund.

I can’t comment on the actual product but the customer service is non-existent. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them and won’t be using them again. My recent order was cancelled after a week and on the day the flag should have arrived with some pony excuse which didn’t make any sense. Try elsewhere for a reliable service. I did.

Not great customer service at all. Placed an order a week ago and the day the flag was due to arrive, I received an email informing me that they had checked my design and it was using a football club crest which they couldn’t print so issued a refund. I find this a bit strange, as the small print said to check the design is correct before submitting as its not checked after being received. If they had actually bothered to really check they would have seen it was a logo for an event. I emailed them straight back and made over 20 phone calls. All unanswered. Pity really because the product appeared ok. Not to worry, there are other companies out there doing the same thing, who are possibly more deserving of the business.

Absolutely brilliant service ordered on the 18th November and delivered on the 21st November now that’s what I call perfect service can’t wait to display my flag at my sons homecoming thank you so much will definitely be using you again

The flag eventually arrived and I was refunded in full for the cost. The flag was of decent quality. But what use is a flag if you don't have it for the event in which you needed it?

... no I cannot recommended this company. It arrived weeks late so it was never used.
We were told no less than 5 different times that it would definitely be posted that very day. Five times. Five different dates promised. It was nothing but a headache.
The final promise was that it would be sent to our hotel in London.

Looking back they probably had a very busy period but I ordered weeks in advance. I don't think I'd take the risk in future. But I do appreciate that they refunded me.

Very disappointed with the customer service department over my purchase. Flag received took 3 weeks to deliver (not the said time as indicated when purchased), on receipt of this the flag was the wrong colour. 3 attempts at emailing the customer service department before anyone replied back to me. Another flag was sent, which again was the wrong colour. Still waiting on a reply regarding this (2 weeks today since contacted). I would not recommend Terrace Flags to anyone.

Wanted Help to design a flag and was told I had to pay for it before they would help with the design so I paid for it that I’ve heard nothing from the company since I have rang them I’ve emailed them. I’ve left message on the chat line and nothing. Their customer service is terrible. I would avoid this company.

Received our personalised flag within 3 days. Flag was of exceptional quality and exactly as advertised. We contacted the info email as we’d made a mistake when purchasing and Luke was very prompt with a helpful response and went above and beyond to rectify a fault that we had made as customers. Very impressed with the quality of the products, but also the customer service. Can’t thank Luke enough for all his help. Anyone looking to get a sport related flag I would absolutely recommend using TerraceFlags.

Exceptional Service, quality flag made up exactly as i wanted, super fast delivery 10/10

Used the online designer to create my own custom flag. The online designer tool could do with a bit of improving - I selected black text however it was displaying as light grey.. however on the overall document it showed up as black, so I submitted the order and slightly hoped for the best!

Flag arrived swiftly enough, being ordered late Thursday night and arriving the following Monday, via standard delivery. The flag itself looked exactly as per the design, and is of good quality - ready for the 25/26 season ahead!

These guys went over and above to get a flag to me that was running a little late - excellent service!!

Amazing quality and looks like exactly what I designed - speedy delivery too! Really reasonable pricing as well so would 100% recommend.

The quality of the flag is great, cannot fault the actual flag at all. However I ordered on Sunday evening with express delivery, 2 day production 1 day delivery. Was expecting it to come Wednesday, or Thursday to be reasonable with the weekend order. Didn’t come until Saturday morning which was too late as was already travelling to Wembley. Could argue I’d left it late but it’s advertised as a 3 day turnaround so you trust that and it just wasn’t the case.
