Kids Discover Anmeldelser

The articles are great. The quick quizzes that accompany them are not great - they need some tweaking.

We actually use Kid Discover along with our Homeschool curriculum. My children love diving deeper into topics. The platform has been wonderful for my children. Thank you!

I like the social studies for the 6th grade level. We read the middle reading level. The photos are well done and page layouts are arranged nicely with the right vocabulary for my 11-year-old. Well done.

I did observe that the upper grade levels for the history/social studies becomes too much of name and date information. I wish you could show the date items in a historical time line that would capture the kids interest more. I realize you are trying to cover certain curriculum rules. Anyway I am sure you will take this in and do something clever.

I signed up for a 30-Free trial, but I cant access anything. I have no idea if I want to use Kids Discover or not. It doesn't seem to me that there is any trial whatever, but know you have enough information of mine to send me emails to get me to upgrade. I feel duped here. I should have known better. Nothing is free.

I cannot use the Live Option in my classroom and have not been able to get a reply to my emails about this situation.

Not teacher friendly. No way to tell if students have completed reading unless they complete the quiz and then recording the quiz is cumbersome. Also, lexile levels don't go very high - so it limits the reading level for students who are at or above their reading.

We wanted to get started on using Online Kids Discover in the classroom. Alec was great at getting a quote out to us quickly and the emailed directions were quick and easy to use. Our teachers were up and rolling within the same day.

You made it easy to renew by saving the school credit card number. Thank you.
I love that you have a wide variety of resources across the entire curriculum that I teach in sixth grade.

I'm supposed to have five student accounts with a homeschool subscription and I can't figure out how to get my son with his own account. i have no classroom code. I can't open any of the assessments. This site is not very user friendly.

We have used KidsDiscover for many years. First we used the magazine and then the online version. With the time period our 6th grade has for science and ss, it is difficult to go over all of the textbook. The length of the articles are perfect to read and discuss during our time. They are interesting and hit most of the main points we are aiming for. It is also nice to have students take the short quiz for comprehension. Customer service is also wonderful!

I like matching your lessons to our homeschool curriculum. It’s a good supplement. My only critique is we are of the young earth biblical creation point of view so some of your teachings don’t line up with our views. But my child gets to read another point of view- so that’s ok. We like the variety of articles available. I do wish there were a bit more videos available. Overall, we do like your website.

Good information - website well done! Helpful.
Very cool. Lots of information, well presented. Thank you.

I am very excited about the resources I will have access to for my child/student this year. We will enjoy together the rich content and learning opportunities that abound within your articles and guides.

Ótimo em guiar os alunos para uma melhor preparação em educação. Muito bom, continuem assim!!

easy to navigate, good info, fun for the students, easy grading the quick quizzes, I love that students can go back into the the quizzes to fix mistakes.

Great material and way to present it. Very valuable.

I would have liked more printable material.. We try to stay off devices as much as possible

We enjoyed or free trial that we are making this a regular part of our homeschool curriculum! I appreciate the assessments and guidelines with additional information suggestions. The information is easy to navigate, and is arranged in a concise, easy-to-follow manner.

Kids Discover Online is our favorite library resource!
