sold me the wrong version of the office suite, i cannot change the password from the mail they sent me so it's impossible to contact the customer service because you need to login. The mail with the purchase code is now completely blank, this site is a complete scam

Very good service. The instructions where really clear and easy and when I found any problem I send it to Keyesd through the chat and they solved it really fast. As my first langage is spanish I sent some of the messages in spanish and they didn`t have any problem with it.

J'avais acheté une clé Windows sur Keyesd en 2022 et après avoir réinstallé mon système récemment, j'ai remarqué que mon historique de commande n'était plus accessible. J'ai contacté le support en pensant que ce serait peine perdue, mais à ma grande surprise, ils ont été très réactifs et compréhensifs.

Malgré l'ancienneté de mon achat, ils ont accepté, à titre exceptionnel, de me fournir une nouvelle clé. C'est un geste commercial rare dans ce domaine et qui mérite d’être souligné. Leur support client a été efficace et rapide, ce qui est un gros point positif.

Je comprends que conserver des données trop longtemps peut être énergivore pour une entreprise, mais il peut être frustrant de ne plus avoir accès à son historique de commande après un certain temps. Cela dit, je conseille vivement aux acheteurs de bien stocker leur clé sur un support externe (clé USB, cloud sécurisé, gestionnaire de mots de passe) pour éviter ce genre de souci – ce que je n’avais pas fait !

En résumé, une très bonne expérience et un service client fiable. Je recommande ce site pour son sérieux et la qualité de son support.

I recently bought a key for MS Office but unfortunately it was not validated by Microsoft. I immediately contacted the customer care and explained the problem and in a couple of hours I had a new valid key. I give five stars for the price and the customer care service.
