Hello,
We take allegations like these very seriously and would like to clarify the situation.
We do not require customers to provide remote access to their console as a condition of receiving their product. If you were offered any form of remote assistance by a member of our support team, please provide your order number and the relevant chat details so we can review exactly what happened.
We would also like to clarify that the claim that our reviews are “fake” is not supported by any evidence. We do not create reviews on behalf of customers, nor can we control when customers choose to leave their feedback.
Please provide your order number or contact our support team so we can review the full order and conversation history and address your case based on the actual facts.

Purchasing Elden Ring on switch 2
These types of sites are not always super trustworthy, and it's definitely worth doing your research, but I personally had a great experience using the site, and when I had some issues with the game and loading the game card (switch 2), the seller was very responsive and helpful, so I'd recommend it. And of course, the price is great
