Te dan una cuenta que no puedes modificar para nada, y la acaban revendiendo a otra persona a demas de que no puedes jugar el juego en tu cuenta porque otra persona ya la tiene como prinicipal en su cuenta

They might have a good and very reactive customer service , when the product is garbage, it won't change anything.

A bought two games as an account. I was supposed to get one game free but I've never seen the color of it.

I met a problem as soon as I received the log in details.

I contacted the customer service. I received a very quick reply and I ve been guided carefully until I could play to one of my games.
But the very next day, I've been logged out because another user was trying to connect to the account I've been assigned. I insisted and locked back. I've been logged out asap. And so and so.

The other game I bought was on another console. I know I'll have access even if it's installed.

At the beginning, when I saw they replied this quick, I was sincerely willing to grant them 5 stars.

But now, I can only accept that I've been scammed.

Not to mention that I was supposed to pay 33€ but I've been charged 10€ for payment fees. At the end, they switched it to 59USD, which became 52€.

I seriously don't recommend to buy here.

At this price I could have bought the game at my used games retailer.

I might change it if I have access to my second game but I'm pretty sure I never will.

I purchased FC 27 from the company, first the code didn't work. after sending me the code, i was not given access to the full game and their direct words were "Hello
We are not the developer of this game, we only offer you it any related issue like this check on their EA website or check any youtube video."

How can you offer someone access to a game you didn't know wouldn't work. What a SCAM!!

After 3 days of emailing asking for the log in details they responded , saying I had to verify A QR Code . After sending the code they ignored the request several times then said if I need to log in to my personal account and show them a short video of the games on my own account. Failure to do this would result in an order closure with no refund .

They are scammers! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They logged me out of my account and they don’t allow you to change the password! HOW IS THAT EVEN FAIR?!?

Scammers. Avoid them.

They claimed I would get instant access to an account containing the game. Instead, they gave me an email address and password. When I tried logging into the account on Xbox, it required a verification code sent to an email address that THEY control.

I never received the code, so I couldn't access the account or the game I paid for. I tried contacting them multiple times through WhatsApp and by phone, but they completely ignored me.

I would not recommend buying from them. Based on my experience, I paid for something I couldn't access, received no support, and was left without what I purchased.

It's a scam website..I pay for the game in crypto ant not receive any thing and they send me email told me that my order is canceled.. I contact with the support in telegram . say first the will check the transaction and then sent me they receive the payment and ready to proceed to gave me the game in my console.. when I send the qr code the told me that the order is not pay so they told me to pay the order again to give me the game ... any body don't use this website it's a scam

I paid for a game expecting to be able to play what I purchased. Instead, my access was removed because they claimed my “warranty” had expired. I did nothing to cause the loss of access, yet their solution was simply: buy the game again.

I asked them to show me where this warranty restriction was clearly stated before purchase, but I received no proper explanation.

This is completely unacceptable customer service. If paying for a game does not guarantee continued access, that needs to be made extremely clear to customers before purchase, not after access disappears.

Based on my experience, I have lost all trust in this company. I certainly won’t be purchasing from them again.

Disappointing experience

This was my first purchase from this website, after a friend recommended it to me. Unfortunately, the account provided did not work, and I couldn't even log in to it on my PS5.

I contacted support and explained the situation, but instead of offering a refund, they offered to remotely activate the product. By that point, I no longer needed the games because I had originally bought them to play with my friends the previous night.

I understand that there are refund policies, but in my opinion, customer trust and satisfaction should also matter, especially when the product could not be used in the first place.

The amount was not the main issue for me. What matters is how a company handles a problem when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience has made me unlikely to purchase from this website again.

I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its approach to situations like this.

Really bad. Bought 100+ games from other sites, and this one is the only where the game doesnt work. Support is 0, they just dont care. Someone else is playing on the account so I get kicked out. AVOID, truly is a SCAM and FRAUD

Son unos estafadores. Compré tres juegos y los pagué por una plataforma que te obligan a utilizar BANXA. El pago se ha realizado y dicen que no han recibido nada. Intento contactar con ellos por Telegram. Les envío los detalles del cobro y solo se limitan a responder "No he recibido el pago" no compréis nada aquí

Apres commande, j ai bien reçu compte et mdp mais necessite un code de verification et la aucun process auto comme sur d autre site. Donc j ai le droit a un mail de réponse inadapté toutes 24h et je ne peux toujours jouer.
Donc fuyez car vous allez perdre votre argent!

Après l'achat d'un jeux (gt7 pour ps4) j'ai reçu des mails de confirmation de mon achat et que tout était bien,puis plus rien je leur ai écrit des messsge sur WhatsApp il me répondait mais je ne pouvais jamais leur répondre. Après 2 semaines j'ai réussi a les tenir en ligne pour qu'au final il me dise qu'il n'avait pas reçu l'argent. BIZARRE pourtant les mails de confirmation?
Dans l'histoire j'ai perdu 17 francs mais ils m'ont quand même envoyé un bon de 10% de réduction (grand prince)

Básicamente, lo mismo que dice los demás usuarios: te compras una cuenta para un juego, pero como la han vendido a decenas de personas, se te quita el juego cuando demasiada gente lo está usando: no merece la pena.
Evidentemente, no hay manera de que te reembolsen.

They sold me a non-working game, Astro Bot. The game kept logging me out all the time, and their support never responded. Never deal with this company.
