I needed an auto-locksmith as I was stuck in a car-park having lost my keys. Having been let down by several of the Auto Locksmith Association, I had a much better experience with Key Assist. The CS staff were very reassuring, I had a confirmation text with the locksmith's details and within 90 minutes Rob arrived, produced the keys and I was off driving again. Very impressed.

I am very impressed with the service I received, everything was explained clearly and they got me in my car and back on the road in less than an hour which was exceptional as it was a Sunday afternoon, I can't fault anything, thank you for a quick professional service.

Amazing service from the control team and the locksmith. George from the control team was everything you could ask for. A model employee and the way he handled the call should be an example for training purposes

I called them at around 8am on a Sunday of a bank holiday weekend. By early afternoon they have provided me with two shiny new keys. The locksmith traveled from Norwich and kept me updated throughout the morning.

Bank holiday weekend was not expecting anyone out until Tuesday but they came out on a Saturday afternoon the same day I called them! They were polite and got the job done fast! Fab thank you so much 😁

I am very glad of the team who managed to communicate with me well when I was still frustrated with my keys being stolen. They understood and arranged a day for replacements to be made as soon as possible. Jamie Steer - the locksmith was abs fab. He talked me through what he was going to do, explained how long it would take and informed me of any hickups along the way. He even went further by disabling the keys which had been stolen (a service he was not required to do). I would highly recommend this locksmith and company.

Fantastic service. The man who came was polite and efficient and we were able to get someone out within two days. It was quite expensive at almost £300 for two keys and that is the only reason it is not 5*. Other than that I was incredibly impressed with the service.

I locked my keys in the car, conveniently in sight on the passenger seat. Charlie came out sooner than I expected and, using some nifty devices, managed to lift the keys out in about five minutes. Turns out the keys were conveniently on the passenger seat after all! Friendly, efficient and highly knowledgeable, we chatted about locks and his extensive training. Just what you want after the self-induced stress of locking yourself out of your car!

Used Key Assist after my car locked itself with the keys inside. They asked for £120 upfront and informed me that a locksmith would be there in 2 hours. After 3 hours I had to call them again and was told it would take another 3 hours from their original quote. Was not offered any reason, discount or apology.

Edit: Locksmith arrived 7 hours after quoted time and did not have the correct picks, they would have to airbag it open.
Key-Assist tried to tell me that this was due to a problem with my lock and refused to offer any refund. Locksmith openly told me otherwise and after mentioning this I was immediately offered a refund of £20.
This has not yet been paid. Be warned that they may try to fob you off with incorrect statements about the vehicle / lock and are unapologetic in doing so.

I don't mind a 9 hour wait, but tell me so when I pay upfront or at the minimum update me via a courtesy call. Finally, don't offer a non-destructive method of entry if it cannot be fulfilled.

EDIT: £20 refund arrived a day after this review.

We were so impressed with key assist. Connor turned up even though he had had a very long day when we weren't able to be there and sorted our key situation out very efficiently and kept us informed. We would definitely recommend key assist.

Car key was stolen thanks to this great company got 2 new keys programmed. Mark Turned up as promised on time done fantastic job. Highly revommend
