I had to increase my Internet speed extremely easy to do. Spoke to Christine 30 minutes later. I had the extra speed for just an extra small layout. Very happy with the service. Thank you.

Even though Kern were ultimately unable to help connect me to their Wireless NBN network, I found them extremely helpful and they always promptly attended my queries and the service technician turned up when booked.

Internet down...responded quickly
The internet was down at my house at Houghton on Friday, but Kern responded quickly to fix the issue.

It would have been helpful to receive a call in regards to the issue that we were experiencing. We have had problems with connecting to the hotspot today also. Therefore i do not believe that the problem has been resolved. Thankyou

Prompt fix
We were unable to connect late evening to our home wifi which was not recognizing our network id and password. Kern resolved the issue responding to a windows 10 update and it was fixed the following day.

Performance reductions over the past year
Thank you for running the end to end tests to confirm the hardware and setup is ok.
I'm assuming the general reduction in download and upload speed is because of the increased subscriptions and users of the Hermitage tower. We are working with 5 down and 1 up during office hours, which means we are needing to balance our video conferences. We certainly got used to the solid 25/5 when it was available.
Do you have plans to beef up the infrastructure or should we anticipate further performance reductions in the future as your user base expands?

A long term happy customer connected to Kern using WiFi
I connected with Kern via their WiFi solution when all I could get was ADSL, my connection was always dropping and the 3G signal was shocking from inside my house. Kern came and installed a dish to my roof and ever since my internet has never been so stable! Even with NBN now in my area, I have stuck with Kern using their dish, my neighbours are always complaining about their NBN connections, I always tell anyone with NBN issues to move to Kern they won't be disappointed, even if they move their NBN to Kern, very happy.
