HONEST review of Cafe Verde Keratin after my first use.

I ordered this product from Keratineuropa.nl.

First of all, this is not an advertisement. I’m simply sharing my real experience.

I have Slavic-type hair:
thin, fluffy and very porous.

Because of hard water and the hot climate, my hair eventually turned into dry straw — very porous ends, a lot of frizz and dryness. Overall, it didn’t look healthy at all.

When I received the package, the first thing that surprised me was the size of the product — a full liter.

I also want to mention the customer service. Throughout the whole delivery process the seller was very polite and answered all my questions in detail. After confirming delivery, she also sent me a full instruction on how to use the product, which helped a lot since I did the treatment by myself at home.

I followed the instructions carefully and honestly the result exceeded my expectations.

However, there is one important thing to keep in mind:

⚠️ After applying the keratin and during blow-drying, you must stay in a well-ventilated room.

In my case, placing a fan facing the window was a real must-have. It really helps protect your eyes and breathing from the fumes.

After sealing the keratin with the flat iron, my hair looked a bit greasy at first. Most likely I applied too much product, since the keratin has a thick and nourishing consistency.

But this is very easy to fix — simply wash your hair.

After washing, the hair should be blow-dried with warm or hot air.

The result:

✨ shiny
✨ smooth and light

The hair doesn’t look “glassy” or artificial like after some treatments. It looks healthy, natural and alive.

Honestly, my hair hasn’t looked this good in a long time.

I haven’t applied keratin to my bleached strands yet, but I will probably do it in about two weeks.

My rating for this product is 10/10.

This is based on my personal experience, so if this formula suits your hair type, I definitely recommend trying it.

Jaren geleden kampte ik met haaruitval. Sinds de dag dat ik kennis maakte met de producten van keratine europa veranderde mijn leven.
Ik ben trouw aan de producten van de lijn Aqua de Arroz deze lijn heeft mijn haar ten goede doen veranderen.
Mijn haar uitval is gestopt en is veel dikker geworden.
De webshop Keratine europa is zeer betrouwbaar en de klantenservice is erg vriendelijk. Je producten komen op tijd aan.

My product arrived to me damaged and spilled, the only form of contact for customer services on the website is a Gmail email address but all emails sent to that address bounce back

Just to clarify in response to your reply: a WhatsApp message was also sent on the morning of 19/01/26, prior to this review being posted, and this message remains unanswered. This gives the impression that responses to public reviews are being prioritised over existing customer service enquiries.
The product itself was extremely poorly packaged, with no bubble wrap or protective packing material. As a result, the plastic container broke during transit and the contents spilled. What remains in the bottle is unusable due to air exposure.
The name used for this review matches the name and email address used to place the order, so locating my order should not present difficulty. That said, the order details could have been easily confirmed had the WhatsApp message been responded to.
Your website lists email, Instagram and WhatsApp as official customer service contact methods. I attempted two of the three (email and WhatsApp) and received no response via either channel.
Given the condition the product arrived in and the lack of response via your stated customer service channels, I will be requiring a refund. Please advise on how this should be processed.

Een hele fijne online winkel is dit! Ik was al heel lang op zoek naar haarproducten zoals keratine of haar botox en producten die het onderhouden die in brazillie worden gemaakt. Deze winkel heeft het allemaal! Hun service is uitstekend en heel benaderbaar! Je kan met ze whatsappen en je bericht word snel beantwoord met uiterste klantvriendelijkheid! Je pakket word ook snel verzonden! Binnen 1/2 dagen al in huis! Hun product kwaliteit is uitmuntend! Ik raad ze zeker aan vooral als je hoogwaardige producten rechtstreeks vanuit brazillie wilt! Ze zijn zelf gevestigd in nederland dus je hoeft zeker geen zorgen te maken over bezorgdtijd.

I am super happy with the manager Elena who was helping me to organise my parcel with Naturese products to Greece. For me is the most important to keep a contact with the respresentative, while my package is on its way to my hands :! Next important thing it’s a quality. Of course, here - the company have original products. It’s easy to understand if you are using the same brand lot of years.

Ordered the Marshmallow Keratin mask..like it very much and smells also amazing..the only thing I dislike is the package itself,it's plastic and sometimes it's hard for me to open it or close it especially when my hands are wet while in the shower, would be much better if the package was different

Quería compartir mi experiencia trabajando con Keratin Europa. Llevo tres años trabajando como estilista en España, y desde el principio elegí este proveedor. Hasta ahora nunca he tenido ningún problema con ellos.

Las entregas siempre son rápidas. Normalmente hago mi pedido el lunes y para el fin de semana ya lo tengo en España, lo cual me resulta muy cómodo y me da tranquilidad.

Tienen un catálogo muy amplio, pero siempre me ayudan a encontrar la fórmula más adecuada para cada caso, según la necesidad del cabello.
