I requested a refund on an item that I did not order in the amount of 39.99 and was told that it would be credited to my account by 7/10/26. It was not. I called today and spoke to someone in their call center and requested to cancel my membership and asked about the refund and we were disconnected. I called back and was placed on hold by the individual and then he hung up. I called back and a female answered and I asked to speak to a manager and was told that I would have to request that a manager call me back. I asked if my membership had been cancelled and she stated that I would receive an email confirming my request. I definitely would not recommend this WEB site.

Support was polite, but the reply came later than I needed.

Product is good, but the instruction card could be more helpful instead of pretending everyone is already an expert.

Item arrived fine and works properly, but the outer box looked like it had been through a dramatic subplot.

The items took wat too long but arrived then I was charged 4 more times on my credit card for items not ordered from different companies. Considering I just got this credit card and no other purchases ut had to be kelvoshop. Cancelled credit card and read reviews same as mine ...fraud !

Fraud!!! This company is another Alias for Belro and shopzaven. Everything on the website looks legit but when you purchase. They charge your card multiple times from multiple companies Luckily my CC company flagged it for fraud and alerted me.

This site is a scam. After my purchase, they added 2 extra charges onto my card that I did not authorize. They stole my money. Do not purchase from them.
