I screenshot the order number so when I called, I gave the order number and they were yelling at me telling me that that was the incorrect order number and it’s only four numbers. Interestingly enough, the order had gone through to maren online. I smell a rat!

On May 21st and on that day every month thereafter, $39.99 was charged to CC. Beginning on June 1st and on that day every month thereafter, $34.95 was charged to our CC by Onlinenexus.com, a web site we never heard of or used. We complained to Belro/Marenonline in early July and were promised a refund and no further charges. Nope, they continued. Norton reports both sites as possible scams and blocks them. This certainly seems to be the case.

They tell you to leave a message after waiting 15 minutes on hold and then say that their memory is full. And you cannot leave a message call back later. Do better stop this fraud.
