Had an excellent day at the tennis at Queens. Great seat on centre court, close to the action. So happy with that. Hospitality & service was welcoming and enjoyable at Love Fifteen. Table places were well thought out and I was able to chat to the other lovely guests at the table. Excellent lunch & tea & choice of cold drinks. Very welcome in the heat. The staff on the day were friendly, helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Even giving me strawberries & cream & coffee after tea serving was finished as I didn't want to tear myself away from the tennis which was in full flow with lots of British representatives. Thank you to Gemma who organised this my first visit, it won't be the last. I am looking forward to being there for next year's event already.

We had a fantastic time at Queen’s, thanks to the exceptional hospitality organised by Keith Prowse in the Clubhouse. From start to finish, every detail was thoughtfully arranged, creating a truly memorable experience.

We’ll definitely be returning next year, and we highly recommend it to all tennis fans — don’t hesitate to sign up for 2026. See you there!

We had a wonderful day in the President's Room for a corporate event. The food and service were very good and we enjoyed being so close to our seats.

Just spoke to a gem of a lady called Paris.

We need more Paris's here as she was sweet seamless and met my needs with transparency and valour.

A seamless way to experience Queen’s Club tennis, our first grass court live tennis event. The lunch and tea in the Club lounge were delicious. The patio overlooking the practice courts was a great bonus, and our main stadium seats were perfect. We appreciated the absence of long queues we’ve experienced at other tennis venues.

Great tennis in a fabulous setting. Very welcoming with efficient, super-friendly and relaxed service. Lovely food.

What a fantastic day at the WTA event at Queens on Friday. This was our first Hospitality event and Keith Prowse would always be our go to going forward.

Many thanks to Gemma Scott who was so very helpful and professional in the run up to the day and the smoothness of the day was pretty special.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Food and drink first class. Seats in centre court perfect. Setting unbelievable will definitely be returning next year.

Love 15 got the balance right in terms of customer service and value for money. We will be back again ! And Gemma from Keith Prowse did a great job re organising this amazing experience for me!

Really well organised and hosted event. Drinks and food was on point. Only thing was the beef was quite a heavy option for such a hot day. Would be nice to have a lighter main course.

Our Experience of utilising Keith Prowse for the Queens Tennis was from start to finish and exceptional service. Special Thanks to Gemma Scott who helped ensure the event was smooth with minimal disruptions and great communication. On the day all the staff were very attentive and helpful, quick service and the food and drinks were very good. We will certainly want to look at this on an annual basis.
