We had a lovely day in the Sky Lounge and were looked after at all times by the team.

Gemma and the team were super helpful with arranging Wimbledon tickets, many thanks 👍

We had a wonderful initial experience with our client services manager, Gemma. She was very informative and helpful in booking our tickets for Wimbledon. Being our first time at Wimbledon, it was an amazing experience overall, however for what we paid for tickets and the Treehouse Hospitality, we were expecting more. There was an abundance of food and drink, but much of the staff didn't go around to the patrons, rather they would come by intermittently or go to the same people over and over and we were left asking staff members multiple times to bring us food.

Given how much we paid for the tickets, we expected more access than just Centre Court and the Treehouse. It felt like we should have access to all the hospitality sections (The Lawn, etc.) and other aspects (such as Court 1) at Wimbledon.

Overall we had a wonderful day for our first time and unforgettable memories, but for what we paid for our hospitality + tickets, there should be more provided as it felt we paid for appetizers and tickets, and that certainly didn't feel worth the $5,000+ price tag.

The hospitality facility the sky lounge was beautifully set up , white linen table cloths, flowers nice cutlery etc plenty of space between tables. The supervising staff were brilliant as some of the waiting service was a little distracted . The food was delicious some of the best catering food we’ve had and plenty of it with excellent wines. Seats were perfect in the shade and out of the wind and with good view of the court . We will be booking for 2 days next year

The Treehouse at Wimbledon was worth every penny!! The customer service Keith Prowse provides us is top tier, especially directly from Sophie Watson!.

What a fabulous day we had at Wimbledon. The hospitality at the Lawn was truly fantastic; service from the moment we arrived to the exceptional food we enjoyed. We've been to many different hospitality events over the years, this was definitely one of the best experiences. Centre Court was amazing, great seats & lucky to see some great matches. Special thanks to Sophie Watson for her help in organising our day & making sure everything went to plan.

Amazing hospitality from the location to the service. The food was delicious and wine and Pimm’s plentiful.
Seats on centre court were perfect with a great view.
Overall a lovely couple of days, I definitely will be booking again for next year.

Had an amazing day on centre court and at the Treehouse. Sophie was excellent to work with and made the whole process painless and easy. Staff at Treehouse were so friendly, lots of great cocktails and plentiful food that was being circulated the whole time. Seats on centre court were thankfully shaded all day and very close to Royal box. Can't say enough about the experience , we will be back

We had a wonderful experience at Wimbledon by the KP TEAM. Sophie was a pleasure to work with to plan. It was a first experience. It helped make it feel like a very personal experience.

The staff at The Lawn were very good. We want to acknowledge Eva who attended to our table. The buggy drivers were also so pleasant.

We had another great day the the tennis in Eastbourne, in the Sky Lounge. The staff are so lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The food is amazing and wine is lovely. One hell of a great day again!

Well organised..just made the whole day relaxing

Very nice staff and venue. Very disorganized serving food. We waited over an hour for our lunch and then couldn't eat it as the match was beginning both for lunch and afternoon tea. Did not remember or know who was vegetarian so there was not enough food, also the main dish was a vegan dish so basically just vegetables and no time to eat dessert. Very expensive when not having the full service as we basically just had tickets to watch the match

A fabulous day at Wimbledon despite the heat. From the support and guidance given by Sophie to the exemplary service by Ben and Emily. The venue at The Lawn was wonderful with the added bonus of the very hands on welcome from Michel Roux. The staff were brilliant throughout the day continually smiling and offering refreshments. The food and drink
were plentiful and so very delicious. High quality, exceptional restaurant food that you would expect from M. Roux. Wonderful!
An amazing day - the tennis was great with wonderful seats in the shade thankfully.

Excellent hospitality experience at BST Hyde Park. Having experienced the service from Keith Prowse before at Wimbledon I knew we would be in for a great day and they did not disappoint. The booking and organisation and pre event information from our account manager Beatrice was outstanding, no query was too much trouble. The staff at the event were wonderful, excellent service, friendly, genuine and authentic. The food and drinks available were excellent. A really great to remember - thank you, I'll look forward to our next event!

1st time attending Wimbledon and what an experience to do it with the hospitality from Keith Prowse. From the moment I got in touch with Ross Deamer, the booking process, information provided and ease to book and receive tickets has been second to none. We didnt know what to expect, but once we arrived at The Lawn, it was exceptional. The Staff made us feel so welcome, very friendly and most helpful. The fact they noted my wifes birthday with dessert was special (was the present for her this year) - she was super chuffed
The food and atmosphere in the Lawn, selection of drinks were excellent. Then onto the tennis- the seats were brilliant in Court No.1 and wh had some great tennis matches to experience on Day one.
Thank you to Ross and his team for making this the most wonderful experience for us visiting Wimbledon for the 1st time. We definitely will be booking with Ross Deamer and his colleagues again :)

Everything was great.
Just the service of the food was very slow. We didn´t have a chance to get to the end of lunch.
