J’ai commandé une paire d’enceintes LSX II chez KEF. Leur transporteur, TNT, affirme m’avoir livré le colis… alors que je n’ai strictement rien reçu.
Impossible d’obtenir la moindre preuve de livraison : TNT refuse même l’accès au nom du signataire ou à l’adresse de livraison. Aucun moyen de vérifier qui aurait soi-disant réceptionné un colis de plusieurs centaines d’euros. À ce prix-là, c’est tout simplement inadmissible.
J’ai contacté KEF : pour l’instant, aucune solution concrète.
En tant que client, je me retrouve sans produit, sans preuve, et face à un service logistique qui ne tient pas la route.
Pour une marque premium, l’expérience est catastrophique.
À fuir tant que KEF ne revoit pas radicalement son choix de transporteur et son niveau de service après-vente.

Recently purchased pair of LS50 META to accompany older LS50’s, and replace a pair of very old C30’s.
The LS50 META sound great, and the service and support from KEF (Canada) was great.

Supply of spares and customer servie
Enquired for some spare parts for an old speaker of mine and the customer service team could not have been more helpful. Provided advisce and sent me the part the same day. Would definitely recommend

I’ve been investing in Kef speakers for over 40 years, many types from budget to Reference and all have performed flawlessly. Having had an (exciting) opportunity to see the factory at Maidstone and a demonstration at their music gallery in London, I can see how their design ethos has evolved, particularly with their Blades. Although needed rarely their service has been outstanding. A massive thank you and shout out to Ron Locke, Andy and Gabriel who have supported me through recent purchases and calls for support, outstanding.
Kef support, very impressed!
Kef support were quick and extremely helpful in helping me replace and repair the tweeters in my Hi-Fi speakers. Very happy with responsiveness and quality of communication over email, price and delivery were also excellent.
KEF customer supprt is second to none
KEF customer supprt is second to none. (well, maybe equal to Quad's 😉)
In particular, Andy from customer support went the extra mile in repairing one of my 30 year old Reference Model 1.2 loudspeakers. He obviously loves his work and is proud to keep up KEF's reputation.
An impromptu factory tour was the cherry on the cake.
Oh, and when I got home the speakers performed perfectly and sound sublime.
Repair of KEF LSX speakers
Returned my LSXs to KEF for repair quotation, when, after several years of perfect service, they suddenly refused to play music from any source, and also displayed an unusual LED flashing sequence. Am delighted to advise that KEF repaired the speakers free of charge, and within a two week turnaround. The speakers are now back in pride of place in the lounge, and working perfectly. So, the overall cost to myself for repair of £900 speakers was £8 for outgoing shipping. Well done KEF. Much appreciated.
Excellent after sales service
I bought new speakers only to discover a week later a new promotion offering 10% discount. I contacted customer service who quickly refunded me the price difference. This is the type of after sales service which separates good companies from excellent companies and KEF has proven to me that they are an excellent company who actually care that I'm satisfied even if it costs them money. Awesome speakers and awesome service, I couldn't be happier.
