Very shady business practices. I ordered online on July 2 and they charged my credit card right away before doctors review and approval. Then after a few days I noticed no movement so I emailed them. After a couple more days no reply so I called. They told me it was being processed. After 9 days and couple more unanswered emails I called. I was told they would expedite my order nest day air. After 3 days the USPS was still waiting for the package this is after 3 days after they told me it would be next day air. Ive emailed them 2 more times with no reply. So this will now be 18 days later with no reply and no movement on the shipping of the product. After reading all these bad reviews im thinking about filing a class action lawsuit. The customer service reps are terrible and work from home. Im sure this explains why no emails get returned and nothing is getting done. So I've now been without medicine for 9 days after being on medication for over 9 years now. Im sure all progress will be lost because Keeps only hires speds...Now Keeps wants for information about my experience? How much more information could I give them? Ive given them everything in emails and telephone calls. This is so ridiculous. Ive wasted so much of my time on this. Ill add some pictures since the people at Keeps cant read. I ordered online July 2, 2026. Cant add pictures here. What else does Keeps need to fullfil my order?

Had my order on pause and Keeps still charged me and sent it to me. I contacted them within minutes of them emailing me saying they will be processing and they refused to cancel the order and reverse the charge. I had them cancel my subscription due to awful customer service. EDIT: They never followed up with me once I accepted their request. This really goes to show how much of a lack of customer service is happening with them.

Multiple times I have contacted Keeps on sending everything at once for one shipping cost, but it still has not changed. Each time I talked to them they said it was corrected. In a world where every dollar counts why should a company not listen to the consumer and save them money when possible.

I used keeps shampoo for almost 2 years and did not see any results of my dandruff reducing. Recently I asked them to cancel my subscription and they shipped the product anyway and charged even though the subscription is cancelled. When I called I didn't get any positive response from them and charged me anyways. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I ordered and learned of the time commitment. I changed my mind and wrote back right away to please cancel my order. They sent the order anyway and charged me $100. SHADY COMPANY!!

Clínician I met with was always late to the call, she was never helpful explaining anything. She was not professional or patient focused on when It came to concerns, or feedback on approach to treatment plan. I would refrain from using this platform if you reside in Illinois and your only option is to meet with the same person I did. I rarely write reviews, but felt this was warranted based on the unprofessionalism and honestly surprised this person holds a license to give healthcare to people. Go elsewhere for a better experience if you're looking to promote your overall health.

Read all the 1 star ratings. That was my experience as well.

they way over promise and don't follow up crummy company

Keeps has been amazing. I’m seeing results, I’m not wearing hats anymore all the time . Feed back from doctors, fast service, keeps is a great product

Weeks went by and they never shipped my product. They kept saying it was “in process”. Finally I had to contest the charge with my credit card company.

Should be zero stars. I filled everything out paid then it says I had to wait for a clinician to approve it even tho I paid already. I messaged them and did not receive a response was told to wait 48 hours. I waited from a Thursday to a Monday and still got nothing. No response from the clinician no product email. I emailed the help email and still nothing. I called and asked for a Refund. The representative even said he didn’t see any activity in 4 days no notes or anything. Let’s see how long it takes to get my money. Was interested but the no response and lack of urgency from them is very disappointing. Felt like it was a scam.

I placed an order in May, and the provider contacted me saying the medication I chose could interfere with another medication I’m currently taking. I responded on May 30th and followed up multiple times afterward, but to this day I have received no response.
They also hold on to my money which was only refunded days after when I called in to complain.

This is not the type of company you want to trust with medications or healthcare-related concerns. If this had been an urgent or emergency situation, the lack of communication could have been serious. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I was excited to try this company out and see where my test levels were. After getting in front of a “doctor” they told me that they would start me with Enclomiphene which I was fine with to see where it would lead. This medicine did nothing and I tested privately to confirm. After that I would expect to get on TRT but after another”doctor” encounter I was told that they don’t prescribe that in my state!! This would have been nice to know prior to signing up. I told them that I would prefer to cancel and they said okay no problem. After that they charged me twice for the amount of $199 each for more medication that I never received. So in total I received one prescription for $450 dollars and now they say that once it billed they can’t refund the money even though I canceled verbally and through email prior to the second and third charge. Pretty lame and I would suggest anyone to stay away from this company. They are a scam and will not work with you if you have a problem. They could have tried to help and I would have probably been okay with what we could agree on but they didn’t even try. They care about the money more than you. That is a fact.

Like a few other recent reviews, it’s been over two weeks and no response from Keeps.
Sounds like they are having a supply / third party problem. I cancelled my subscription which seems to be pretty easy, but I’ll believe it when the money is fully refunded to my account.

I was a keeps customer for 5+ years. I noticed the “change treatment” option in their portal, and when I was renewing my subscription I chose new versions of my meds.

They then charged me for both my new and old medication, and refused to refund me for my old meds. I opened a ticket with customer service, who ghosted me after one message.

There are 20+ competitors that offer cheaper (and better quality) versions of the medications and compounds Keeps provides. I’d suggest you go in that direction, because going through other reviews billing seems to be an issue for them.

Had been taking their meds for 5+ years and it really helps for my hairlije receding inherited by my loser father lame gens

Experience has been great. Product seems to working as advertized.

Went online Saturday 6/6 and went through the process on Keeps to get a prescription for hair loss medication. Website states that a provider will review your account within 24-48 hours. They charged me for the 3 month supply but as of today, 6/12, have not done anything. I emailed customer service twice and each time they tell me they have escalated my claim but still nothing. My account says “waiting for a provider” so I guess they can’t find any providers to prescribe medication. Seems pretty sketchy.
Update- 6/17
They finally found a provider to prescribe my treatment plan on 6/13, however, they have still not shipped the order.
