Very poor service. Discount ran out so my contract went from £47 to 75 per month,
Moving property but I have a 2/3 month gap untill I move into my next property and they’ve stung me with a cancellation bill worth over £200.
I tried saying if my bill goes back down to £47 I will stay with you and keep paying for the service . But they had zero interest in keeping me on. I will be using a different supplier in my new property.
Disappointed after been with them for many years.

Honestly, it’s very frustrating and disappointing to see how long-term customers are treated.
I’ve been with your company for many years, yet I’m currently paying around £15 more than a new customer signing up today. New customers benefit from better deals and discounts, despite the fact that they require installation, equipment, and setup — all of which I have already covered as a loyal customer.
It feels like long-standing customers are being penalised rather than appreciated. This kind of pricing strategy encourages people to leave, only for them to be offered better deals after cancelling, which simply doesn’t make sense.
A fair and consistent pricing policy from the start would build trust and help retain loyal customers instead of pushing them away.
For long-term customers who want to renew their contract, the pricing should be calculated based on the new contract rates, not charged differently.
increased my monthly price from £32.99 to £60.37 without any prior notice — almost double the amount. This is completely unacceptable
I hope you seriously reconsider how you treat your long-term customers

We were with Talk Talk for years but had nothing but problems with the internet. We're now with KCOM and couldn't be happier. We have no problems with our internet at all now and if we do have a query it's easy to talk to someone who is local. So pleased. Thank you!

Very happy with the installation.
Matt and Jake did a great job. They were quick, professional and friendly.
Had the job done in an hour and tidied up you would've never known they were here.
Showed me how the download the app and how to use and I'm not tech savvy so if they can teach me they can teach anyone.
They also gave my cat plenty of fuss which she appreciated ha.
5stars would recommend them again

I am only with KCOM because there is no other choice in my area, and they clearly take advantage of that. Not only are their standard prices much higher than the national average, but their internal communication is a mess.
I received a renewal notice 3 months early with an 'offer' price. When I called to discuss it, the support team quoted me a price even higher than the one in the email. It is unacceptable to be quoted two different high prices for the same sub-par service.
To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi quality is terrible. Despite the router being downstairs, I have no usable signal on the second floor. I am paying premium prices for a service that doesn't even cover my whole house and a support team that can't even match their own advertised quotes. If any other provider moves into my street, I will be the first to leave

I have been with KCOM for 7 years now as a loyal customer, never late paying a bill.
They provide the WiFi in my home address.
This WiFi connection is 1000x slower than the speed we pay monthly for. We are receiving KBPS instead of MPBS.
I have rang numerous times, had an engineer in the past to my home and it’s still the exact same speed. Due to us been in a contact we would need to pay a large fee - when KCOM are the ones breaching this.
Not a happy customer at all.

I've had awful speeds and service.
After filing my 4th complaint about speeds and service ive yet again just been sent another router to see if that will work, when we know its not going to. Even though KCOM are in breach of contact by delivering closer to 800kbps and not the 900mbps we are paying for.
LITERALLY 1000times SLOWER.
They still threaten with charges of up to £500 to cancel. worst customer services I've ever experienced. How can a company know that they're performing so bad and offer so little resolution. Last tech support just gave us the turn it off and on approach. Didn't work again.
As you'll find out the original KCOM Account has 1.3stars on here and that would be a lot more accurate.
Terrible company, terrible providers, horrendous customer service.
