Having just finished CSS I wanted to share a little about my experience. I'd struggled with my skin since my early 20s and tried literally everything. I must have spend thousands on products, supplements, dermatologists, doctors, cleanses and even nutritionists, but nothing had helped and if anything my skin got worse over time. I spent years on Accutane, which did work, but I was so concerned about the side-effects and really wanted to come off it, but experienced a horrendous flare up when I did.
I decided to seek Katie's help after seeing all her amazing testimonials, and I have not been disappointed! I was prepared for the fact that this wasn't going to be solved overnight, and there's been bumps in the road but the whole experience has been incredible. From the testing and personalised approach, to the amazing support every step of the way, it's been brilliant. I'm so overwhelmingly thrilled to share that my skin 98% clear! What I would consider to be normal now! My acne scarring is fading, but also, my energy levels have vastly improved, I'm sleeping great, my bloating has gone and I've lost the few extra pounds I'd been carrying. I worked with Katie's team last year.. my coach was Cris. Had a great experience!! Cris was super knowledgeable and always took time to answer my "whys". I had been to three derms and done two rounds of accutane and was on antibiotics for a few years. Acne always came back. Doing the work in css was life changing. Skin took a little while to clear and I had some big flares through my gut protocols but my skin finally cleared up by month 8. I've been out of the program for almost 10 months now and it's still great. No breakouts anymore and my periods that used to be super heavy (crazy painful) all gone.
