Delivered efficiently and quickly. It is a good product but one of the improvements introduced has unfortunately affected the ability to keep the tarpaulin taught and thus avoid rainwater pooling above the table. The previous version had a thicker cord with robust adjusters, which could be routed behind chair legs and securely tightened. The new version has thinner cord, which is enclosed in a hem, preventing such extensive anchoring behind the chairs. In addition there are 2 anchor straps which work ok but do not keep the tarpaulin evenly taut. I use a support above the table to make a tent shape, in order to let rainwater run off.

Brian, night covers are a nightmare we have been making them for many years and to get them perfect is very difficult. I understand your comments and thank you. Our previous covers were very heavy using a waterproof backing applied to the fabric but this cracked in frosty conditions so we went for a new fabric which is a lot lighter in weight but works better in our climate. Taking on your notes about the tie down situation we will see what we can do in the next production run and thank you for your help and understanding.
Good quality product
Good quality product. Quick dispatch and very good customer service. The product had a manufacturing defect which has been addressed swiftly and the part replaced.

Hi Derek, yes technology has moved on and this new cover is easier to use and provides a better level of protection even thought it's half the weight of our old ones.

Exemplary service
I phoned the sales department who were able to advise me on the size of cover I needed to order and recommended that I place the order on line so that my purchase was recorded for guarantee purposes. The order arrived two days later. This was exemplary service.

We bought the flamingo two recliners , stools and side table . Very fast delivery . Very helpful on the phone . And beautiful furniture . We had a little problem with the first set delivered but it was very quickly put right . An absolute pleasure dealing with a very customers focused company . We also got a very good price at the end of the season . We would definitely purchase direct again .
