Received item. Not overly impressed with quality. Have emailed 3 times trying to return for a refund and just keep getting automated responses saying you will get back to me!

Home Décor Reimagined for Modern Life Kath and Kin are a small business based in Yorkshire run by me, Kathryn. With the occasional help of my husband and daughter. Kath and Kin formerly known as Shabby2Chic Boutique was set up 7 years ago after I was diagnosed with endometriosis and needed a way to support my family. It has been my passion to provide high quality and unique products to our customers, with a second to non customer service. Selling everything from labelled storage jars and dispenser bottles for your kitchen and bathroom, to beautiful ornaments and one off pieces to help our customers style your home and create a modern and organised space with our customised storage jars, bottles and boxes and a wide range of home décor. Kath and Kin rebranded in 2021 from Shabby2Chic Boutique with a range of changes to speak to who we are as a brand including changing our packing to all recyclable. Creating our own minimal style waterproof labels and bringing unique and original homeware to the market. Weather you are looking for a pretty ornament for your home, labelled storage to organise your pantry or kitchen space or gift ideas like pet bowls for your pets or cute mugs for your family and friend. Kath and Kin have an ever growing collection we are regularly adding new items to, we are sure you will enjoy exploring.

Seen these jars in a magazine, Love them
Seen these jars in a magazine, so went looking for them, it’s my first purchase from them but I will be a returning customer, item was exactly what I was looking for, was well packaged, delivery wasn’t bad considering the postal strikes, postage for North East Scotland was good, I know companies that charge us extra 🤷♀️ all in all one very happy customer 😊

Thank you for your feedback Gillian. I am so pleased you enjoyed our service and products. We always ensure items are packed well to prevent damages during transit as many couriers use sorting shoots. As we ship a lot of glassware we have found in the 6 years of trading and trying different packaging techniques, this is the only way to ensure their safe arrival
I hope this helps explain
Thank you
Kathryn

Label Seconds
I ordered the seconds home labels, which were really good quality. Disappointingly though I received multiples of at least 8 different labels, including 4 body lotions, olive oils, washing powder. This was unfortunately not made clear on ordering.

Seconds range
I ordered a tea, coffee and sugar set from the seconds range.
Products are lovely and a great size, I thought they’d be smaller so I’m really pleased with them.
I also can’t see any imperfections so the seconds range is a good purchase!

A gem of a small business!
I absolutely love this small company, the items are good quality and quirky and I’m very excited to be putting my Christmas bits and bobs out that I bought off them, they package well and I feel so much better supporting a small business. I will be back for more I can assure you! The only negative and it’s no issue for me is shipping, it takes a week from ordering to receiving your goods, which is slow in our usual shopping experience, however I totally understand the pressure and costs involved in shipping heavier items for a small business so it’s not an issue for me, but if I wanted something for a forgotten gift I would probably struggle, but please don’t take this as negative and your business is beautiful and makes me happy!
