I recently had the pleasure of getting my permanent makeup brows done by Vikki at Karen Betts Professional, and I am absolutely over the moon with the results! From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of amazing, and I can’t recommend them enough.

From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The environment was lovely—clean, modern, and comfortable—which immediately put me at ease. It’s clear that they take great care in creating a welcoming space for their clients.

Vikki was incredible. The consultation was thorough, and she took the time to listen to what I wanted while offering her expert advice. I felt confident in her hands right from the start because she was so professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She explained every step of the process, from the initial consultation to aftercare, ensuring I understood how everything would unfold.

What really stood out to me was Vikki’s attention to detail and accuracy. Her skill and precision are truly phenomenal! The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable, and Vikki made sure I was relaxed throughout the entire session.

As for the results—they are stunning! My new brows look so natural and beautifully shaped, and they’ve completely transformed my appearance in the best way possible. I get compliments all the time on how great they look, and it’s all thanks to Vikki’s incredible work.

Beautiful location and incredible team, and excellent experience. Anyone with any hesitations should have no doubts here, because the level of expertise is phenomenal. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and the actual procedure was completed with the upmost skill. Super aftercare and communications.

Went to the Alderley Edge clinic for my colour boost 18 months since the last one. I first visited Karen's in 2021 and have been living with alopecia for 18 years. I've got no hair but my main issue was that I had no eyebrows and therefore felt that I lacked facial expression. What Karen has done has absolutely blown my mind and the amount of confidence she has given me is indescribable. The Team are amazing and I feel like they are a Family. If you're wondering whether to take the plunge then I fully recommend giving this lovely Team a go. I promise you won't be disappointed! My mirror is getting bored of me by the way!!!!

I visited the Mayfair Clinic and saw Carrina to have some new eyebrows and eyeliner. She knew exactly what I wanted.
The Karen Betts Team offer exceptional service, professional, friendly, warm, and very experienced! You get exactly what you pay for and I am thrilled with the results. Carrina created the perfect eyebrows for me from scratch, plus my eyes now ‘pop’ with some perfectly added eyeliner! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the KB experience! 😊

Karen corrected a dreadful micro-blading treatment I had one year prior, that had shattered my self-confidence. The original artist offered me no support or help and decided as she liked the results of her work, she didn't need to help me despite me now looking like Groucho Marx. I contacted Karen by email, and her team were amazing; from my original contact with Lauren who called me the same day, discussed my photos and options and realistic results, I felt actually cared for - everyone was genuinely keen to help me. When I went to my first appointment with Karen for correction, she was SO kind, empathetic, and her experience and knowledge shone through. She corrected the issues over a course of three sessions, each 4-weeks apart, and I can't thank her enough for transforming an awful experience into something that I actually love! I can't believe what she's managed to achieve; she is a miracle-worker and I can't praise her or her amazing team enough. I'll never go anywhere else! Having been born with a cleft lip I have always struggled with confidence when it comes to my appearance. I would hide behind my hands when talking and genuinely hate meeting new people in fear of them seeing my lips. The NHS had fixed my cleft lip as a baby but they offer nothing in terms of the cosmetic appearance. I decided after having 2 children I wanted to do something for myself. That's when I found Karen Betts on Instagram and saw the amazing lip blush treatments she had provided for fellow cleft lip patients. I took the plunge and emailed Karen Betts where I dealt with an amazing lady called Angie. She answered any questions I had and booked me in with Karen directly at the London clinic. From the very start of my enquiry to meeting both Angie and Karen the care has been amazing. Karen is so skilled with the tattooing and made me feel so at ease as I was extremely nervous. The results are incredible and for my husband and father to comment how good my lips now look is saying something! I am so so happy I stumbled across Karen Betts on Instagram! I have just recently had my top up appointment where I saw Angie and Karen again and I honestly couldn't be happier. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting this treatment for cleft lip. Had my brows micro bladed in the Cheshire clinic which when I eventually found it (sat nav took me to the pub opposite) smelt wonderful on entering. Gemma was very welcoming and professional throughout as were reception staff. I’ve had my brows done many times previously in Harley Street by Geraldine and Gemma checked I was happy with the shape and colour explaining everything before proceeding. Will be back next year.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND for micro blading. Gemma has seen me at least every 12 months for five years now and she is consistently fantastic. This treatment has made all the difference to me and actually saves me money when I add up how much I was spending on tinting and threading! I have exceptionally oily skin, yet my brows look good for 11-12 months before needing a top up. I’ve been to both the Harley street and Pontefract clinics and they are both really clean and comfortable. Gemma is friendly and professional and put me immediately at ease from the very first appointment. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I’ve been going to Gemma at the Harley Street clinic for three years now and it’s always brilliant. I’m a relatively complicated case (one eyebrow fully removed by a scar) but Gemma immediately put my mind at ease right from the start. She’s got tonnes of experience with far more complex cases than mine and you’d never know now that I’ve only got one ‘real’ eyebrow!!

I’ve gone from getting regular comments asking “what happened” to my eyebrows (I used to use pencil, but it’s simply never as good), to now having complete strangers stopping me to compliment me on my eyebrows!

The client services team are also fantastic - helpful, thorough and really lovely to talk to.

This is quite honesty the best investment I’ve made in my appearance and something I will always invest in, it makes my life so much easier!

About 15 months ago I developed Alopecia Areata and very quickly lost all my hair including my eyebrows & most of my lashes. I felt such a huge loss of my identity & Karen Betts Professional was recommended to me by a friend.
At my first appointment I was met by Angie who was so understanding, supportive, professional & fully explained the process in a private room. We then met Karen who listened carefully, & gave me back my natural fair eyebrows. They’re amazing and made a huge difference to my confidence from that very first appointment. I’ve just had them topped up (even though they’ve grown back) as they are so much better than my natural brows ever were, I really can’t recommend Karen, Angie and the team enough.
