I recently received medical treatment at this facility, and I am pleased with the medical service of the whole team at Kardiolita Meliva Hospital.
The doctor was knowledgeable, calm, skilled and professional.
The nurses were empathetic, caring, and very efficient. They made me feel supported and well cared for, which made my visit pleasant.
The facilities themselves are modern, clean, and well-maintained. Everything felt organized, up-to-date, and designed to provide the best possible care to patients.
Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this medical center to anyone in need of quality care. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and professionalism!

Just had an acl and meniscus surgery at this hospital. everything went smooth, all my questions were answered, the surgery went with a smile and some jokes, I felt very safe here. The personnel here is professional, the hospital is modern and clean, definitely would recommend!

I had a fantastic experience before, during & after surgery. Nothing was too much trouble. The care that was given to me from Dr Jamil's whole team was unbelievable. I flew in from Ireland & everything was taken care of & organised for me from taxis bringing me to & from the airport, taxis from the hotel to the clinic, all texts/queries were answered on WhatsApp almost immediately by either Monika, Paulina, they were superb. The nurses were also incredibly along with Dr Jamil who put me at ease straight away from the instant I met him.
The hospital standards & cleanliness is unmatched.
I cant thank the whole team enough for making me feel so at ease & for providing a flawless experience.

I couldn't be happier with my DHI hair transplant experience at this clinic! Dr. Renata Kliunkienė is absolutely exceptional - from the initial consultation through the entire procedure, she demonstrated incredible expertise and professionalism.

What impressed me most was how Dr. Kliunkienė took the time to carefully explain every step of the process. She made sure I understood exactly what to expect and answered all my questions with patience and thoroughness. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made what could have been an intimidating procedure feel completely comfortable and manageable.

The results are already looking fantastic, and I can tell this was money well spent. Dr. Kliunkienė's skill with the DHI technique is evident - the precision and care she took during the procedure really shows in the natural-looking results I'm seeing.

06.27.25 - I went to a neurologist with acute pain. My condition was extremely serious - hand tremors, eye pressure, general high blood pressure, frequent memory loss, loss of consciousness, sudden loss of vision, terrible spasm of all the muscles of the body with acute pain in the spine - cervical region, loss of sensitivity in the legs, very acute constant headache. The doctor did not even prescribe ANY examination!!!!! Did not take ANY measures to relieve the pain, although she saw that I could barely stand on my feet and everything was going dark before my eyes. Did not prescribe any procedures, examinations.. - NO TREATMENT PLAN OR ACUTE PAIN RELIEF!!!!!!!!! She knocked with a hammer and said that she could not help in any way - and this for 90 euros!!!!
She prescribed 1 tablet - they say it should be a little easier.. And she did not even think to find out the cause of this condition! This was not a consultation, but a simple extortion of money!!!!!! This was the worst, just COMMUNICATION, with a doctor in my entire life! Avoid the Meliva clinic like the tenth side - there will be no result, and you will lose money and time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had bariatric sleeve gastrectomy at Kardiolita Hospital in 2025. From all phases: initial contact with the patient manager at the time, Monika Palionė, her later successor, Paulina Jacevičūtė, detailed online consultation with Dr. Antanas Mickevicius himself, preliminary discussions at the reception desk, endocrinological analysis and consultation with Raimonda Klimaitė, the nutritional counselor, the gastroenterologist Evelina Ruibienė, the anesthesiologist Domas, and last but not least, the fantastic nursing team on the ward, I can only say that everything went perfectly! Many thanks to everyone involved! I felt safe, largely pain-free, and have hardly any complaints after my discharge. Incidentally, I was able to get to know Lithuania for the first time as a European neighbor, the beautiful city of Kaunas, and the wonderful people there! Surgery abroad may seem mentally challenging for many, but for me, it was a truly enriching experience! Many thanks again to Dr. Antanas Mickevicius, the wonderful nursing team at Kardiolita Hospital, and Paulina Jacevičūtė as the accompanying patient manager. I can recommend the Radisson Hotel for pre-surgery stays; for afterward, the Moxy Hotel (no spa) is sufficient.

The Surgeon and Hospital staff were first class.
They were all very polite and extremely professional in a friendly manner.
The most important thing was the surgery was outstanding.

Kardiolita calls itself as "leading clinic of Lithuania", but their staff treats people like garbage, don't care about their patients and take eons to do actual tests.

Currently it's been a month of head pain because of Kardiolita Vilnius. For those interested in a long read, providing it below. TLDR: Kardiolita is only marketing. You're better off with any other private clinic.

I scheduled a visit for a neurology because of my head pains, which been going on for few weeks now. The doctor sent me to MRI and vein echo. The first "nice" experience is that the administrator said they put both tests in one day for convienience, but when I arrived to do the tests, apparently it was one on saturday, and the other on sunday.

I understand, mistakes happened, but the administrator handled the problem very poorly. "My colleague made the mistake, but why are you here? You didnt get a phone message? Yeah you only got one, youre supposed to get two". When I asked, if its possible to reschedule or do anything she just said "not my problem, we can reschedule it in about 2 weeks".

I didn't reschedule and did the MRI... which was supposed to be a venogram also. Apparently they did the whole head MRI, but DID NOT do the venogram.
I also waited 2 weeks for results, even though they said it will be 4 days.

After I sent them a message regarding the venogram, their response was quick, the radiologist contacted me quickly, and set up a 10minute venogram.

He was polite and nice, here, no complaints.
Yet when I arrived for venogram, the administrator was acting impolite. But as I noticed, its a common trend here.

So the 10minute venogram was done on 29th of October... Today is 10th of November. Still no results provided. My head is still in pain and im tired of calling them from the first time.

My advice: save your health. Dont choose this clinic.

Dr. Ernest Zakharevsky and his team exceeded all my expectations! Having come to this clinic and being in such a wonderful city. I just visited heaven, the staff is the best. This is an excellent clinic, a close-knit team, caring care, a comfortable bed, delicious food. I felt only love and care, I was not hurt, not scared. I felt protected and it was worth it, I am very grateful, I recommend 10 points out of 10 for this clinic. Thank you very much

I have had surgery at Kardiolita on 4 occasions. The facilities and level of care is incredible, which is why I will always come back. From the patient coordinators/managers, nurses to surgeons, I have never experienced any negative issues, only extremely positive. Each surgery I have had has been near enough painless and I feel this is due to the exceptionally high level of care during and after surgery. Thank you once again to Kardiolita, I will continue to recommend you. Thank you Dr Kazanavicius once again.

Excellent care. Very welcoming staff. Before my procedure i had a chance to talk to my doctor, to my anaesthesiologist, to the staff that was assigned to my post-op care. My blood tests were done very quick and professionally with results on the same day. The place was spotless, i had comfortable big ward with two big windows, private bathroom with toilet and shower and great food options.

I’ve just arrived home from Lithuania and I’m SO happy I found Jamil and it was completely by chance. I was thinking of going to another Surgery in Lithuania for vaser on my underarms and I very nearly did, but as good as they looked, they were terrible at responding and it so I continued the search as I only had a small timescale. I stumbled on Jamil’s page through the Kardiolita Hospital as it’s the highest rated hospital there and I found his personal page from on Instagram and once I scrolled through his before and after videos…..I mean 😮….who wouldn’t want a body like those women?
A complete revamp and the results are insane.
I saw what he can achieve and I was gobsmacked. I didn’t even think it was a thing to chisel the body the way he does, he’s like an Artist. I also only had a short window before I had to get heal to get back to work and so I sent a cheeky email to see if there was anything last minute and luckily there was a cancellation a week later. I was given a consult by Jamil shortly after and I was on a plane.
Let’s just say I have not looked back, I’m sat here in compression garments, on my couch a week later in the UK watching the 1% Club with a completely revamped figure and couldn’t be happier. It’s not just about the work he’s done but the feeling you get in confidence and energy too. I had fat transfer on bum done, boob fat transfer as I had a big dent, 360 Lipo, underarms and nice neat new nipples made as they were oddly shaped, he even got rid off all my old stomach scars without cutting my skin…I don’t even know how he managed it!
Monika was incredible too, his right hand lady who arranged everything from taxis back and forth to massages to drain the fluid which is essential to get a great result and makes you feel good after even tho it’s a bit sore to start. I’ll stop going on now but needless to say I’m one happy woman. I’m sore as hell and bruised, don’t get me wrong it’s a bit painful but I coped with paracetamol and ibruprofen and I know I 100% I made the right choice, its all in the research and feeling comfortable in your own skin. I cannot thank him enough. You are the man Jamil, happy Christmas and thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help.

The Kardiolita hospital has very high standards from the Admin, Nurses anaesthetists & of course the surgeon Dr Mindurgas Kazanavicius who performed my full face lift on the 18th October 2023. The expertise & professionalism shown was outstanding. Communication was ongoing always someone to talk to. I had to fly home before stitches were due out. My profession when working was in wound care so had them removed today by a former colleague. She was truly amazed with the standard of surgery as am I, this is one very happy client & would highly recommend this plastic surgeon. Kindest regards Patricia Harte

The people, the quality service, duty of care, wonderful professionals and a caring approach to the patient.

I cannot reccomend this clinic enough. The support was absolutely fantastic from the moment I contacted them on WhatsApp. At first, I thought WhatsApp was a bit of a strange way to be dealing with patients but it turned out to be a way of getting great support.

The majority of my dealings was with Viktor, I cannot convey how supportive he was from the start of the process, he could not do enough for me. He even text every day to see how my follow up appointments went and how I was feeling.

My doctor was Dr. Mindaugas, he was honest with me the day of consultation. I was supposed to have lipo on my stomach, flanks, inner and outer thighs and my knees, he said it would be better to do the abdomen and back instead, which he was 100% right. He was so easy to talk too, gentle and you could tell he really cares about his patients. I'm 7 days post op and the results are already beyond my expectations. Although I've a way to go with healing completely, I feel fantastic and I can't get over how I look now compared to before.

The nurses are phenomenal, they are sweethearts, they make you feel so comfortable. I was so nervous the day of my surgery, as I was getting the general anesthetic one of the nurses held my hand. They were wonderful.

Monika and Renata looked after me too in the clinic, such sweethearts, so supportive and very easy to talk too.

I cannot recommend this team enough, I'd never consider another clinic for procedures like this, you simply would not get this service here in Ireland.

I would not recommend this clinic under any circumstances if you have any form of androgenetic alopecia or male bald pattern. I underwent a hair transplant under the supervision of R.K. and experienced poor results. Here are some critical bullet points highlighting why I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant or seeking a consultation about hair loss:
1. The results of my "small" or "regular" hair transplant were unsatisfactory, with significantly lower density compared to other transplant results, even when considering realistic expectations.
2. The professionals at this clinic did not show any interest in finding the best solution for my hair loss treatment. They lacked the necessary knowledge or experience to recommend the most suitable medication for me, and instead, they recommended PRP procedures that were not effective in the long run. There are proven medicines available that can help to stabilize and improve alopecia, but the clinic did not offer them.
3. The clinic did not demonstrate any interest in the follow-up process of their patients. Even after spending more than 3000€ on my procedure (without including previous consultations, blood tests and many other unnecessary expenses), they charged me for every follow-up consultation, including those within a year after the surgery.
4. The clinic did not prioritize scheduling appointments for post-surgery follow-up. They required payment for every consultation, and they tried to persuade me to undergo additional, unnecessary procedures to extract every cent from my pocket.
The surgery itself was performed well, and the clinic had good equipment and qualified professionals. However, the quality and price did not match the service provided. R.K. suggested that I contact her via WhatsApp, which I found unprofessional. Later, she ignored my concerns as if I had undergone the surgery in Turkey.
In summary, I strongly advise against choosing this clinic for hair transplant or hair loss consultation, especially if you have androgenetic alopecia or male bald pattern.

I have only the very best and most positives things to say about my whole experience at Kardiokitos Klinikos. From Monika (who is just a pleasure to deal with) who co-ordinated everything amazingly. I will admit I was nervous, I am a 60 year old woman who came on my own to have a gastric bypass, but but from the minute I set foot in there I was immediately put at ease and felt totally safe, relaxed and reassured. They are so comprehensive in their pre-op tests that I learnt more about myself in 2 hours than I had in 20 years of visiting doctors at home. Professor Mickevicius was so down to earth and explained the surgery fully and spoke to me like a human. I have not enough praise for the nurses that looked after me, such lovely and compassionate ladies. I can honestly say I had no pain at all following the surgery which was a surprise. On discharge I was given meds to take and plenty of dressings to change for my wounds. The hospital was immacutely clean and my private room was more like a hotel room than a hospital ward. I am sure once my weight loss is complete I will want to have the excess skin removed and Kardiolitos Klinikos will be where I will come. This is the start of my new healthier life. It was a totally positive experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering surgery. Thank you to everyone.

The hospital is spotlessly clean and the rooms are modern and comfortable. But what makes Kardolitios klinikos a great hospital is definitely the staff. Monika and Reneata ( the patient liaisons) have perfect English, and go above and beyond to guide you through the whole process. ( Monika even came in on her day off to ensure I got back to my hotel safely). The doctors and nurses are very understanding and look after you really well. Briditida (one of the nurses) deserves a special mention because she always tried to make me laugh and raise my spirits after my operation. All the nurses are kind, caring and empathetic. It is truly an outstanding service and I have no hesitation in recommending this hospital to anyone on a waiting list for surgery.
