I paid for my account yesterday they debited the money but they did not activated my premium account if you try to contact them they just give you bots and FAQS but nothing of real support Kaspersky stole my money

Ook al is een casus bij customerservicesolution (@kaspersky.com) NIET opgelost wordt dat manipulatief wél als zodanig geregistreerd.
Wanneer je als klant maar niet meer reageert omdat je allerlei tests etc moet uitvoeren waar je niet aan kunt voldoen (én dat het aangegeven) wordt de casus gemakshalve onterecht afgesloten met het label "Opgelost"...
Onjuist, Ongeinteresseerd in klanttevredenheid en resultaatmeting daarmee dus Onbetrouwbaar!!!

Bought Kaspersky to cover 3 devices - one laptop and 2 mobiles. Could only get it to cover the laptop and ONE mobile. Asked someone else if they could look at it in case I was maybe doing something wrong - they couldn't it to go on the second mobile either. Tried phoning the company on what was supposed to be their UK customer helpline - number came up invalid. Emailed them to explain problem and asked that they called me. No return phone call - just an email telling me how to remedy the problem. Tried following their advice - still no joy. Asked them to refund me - still waiting. Avoid this company.

I have been using Kaspersky premium for the last 3 years.
I don't need a antivirus so much, but i got it mostly due for the VPN. As i travel around the world on holidays, VPN works great and is reliable.
I had to talk to costumer service once and they were very helpful.
I have the full antivirus on the desktop computer at home and is running smoothly. Pretty happy with what they offer for £25 a year.
I would definitely stay with them for for the foreseeable future.

Their VPN is just terrible!

The slowest and the least private VPN that I've ever seen. Worst subscription that I've ever purchased!

I bought kaspersky premier i had misspelled my email i contact them and told me to cancel the order for refund till then have never received my refund…

Compactibility has a huge drawback for ARM based processor laptops users and the kaspersky subscription became worthless due to not able to use in new ARM based processor laptop.

its a strong AV but i am a bit skeptical how they handle your data

Kaspersky have been taking money from 2 different bank account using 2 different debit cards since Jan 2021 to Jan 2025.
I only have 1 laptop to protect.
I have received emails & invoices for money Kaspersky have taken from only one of my bank accounts.
Maybe Kaspersky have sent emails & invoices to an email account at the company who used to employ me. Since I left my employment to retire in April 2019 my email account was deleted.
Kaspersky will only refund this year's double deduction.
Those email to my dead email account will have bounced back to Kaspersky. It is fraud!

I had NOD32, and McAfee, they are both full of bugs. But Kaspersky is well made, The Swiss people know how to build stuff.

A virus would probably be more useful than kaspersky. Can't use any internet browser without having to turn kaspersky off, which kinda defeats the purpose. if turned on, it will flag nearly EVERY website (including basics like ecosia and google docs) and you manually have to add them to a "list of exclusions". It has also flagged legitimate video games as unsafe and deleted files without my consent (and didn't notify me, so I spent a whole weekend trying to figure out why my games weren't launching).

Trying to stop your subscription with this company is frustratingly difficult. Their directions are innefective. Customer service is crap bot chats, all designed to make cancelling difficult so they can charge u £50 + for the next year. yet renewing is made soooo easy.AVOID THESE MONEY VAMPIRES.

I was with Kaspersky very happily for about 10 years with protection for 1 device when one day I get an email from them telling me 3 more devices had been added to my account. So I log in and sure enough some scumbag had added 3 of their devices. I removed the devices & changed my password but a couple of hours later they were back so I repeated my process but they came back again so I was left with no choice but to delete my account. Instead of just sending me an email Kaspersky could've tried to immediately solve the problem themselves. The irony of me paying for security and it getting breached is crazy! I'm afraid I will not be buying it again.

Their customer service think that virus also go on holiday during weekend. I bought a antivirus android package over the weekend....payment was make but they promise to send the verification code. Nothing comes.

Decided that one of my daily programs was a virus, deleting half the program mid use. Causing me to lose a weeks worth of work. Add this on top off them preventing VPN usage and deciding that websites such as Facebook and Youtube are Malware. No doubt a Russian phishing program. I wouldn't trust these people as far as I could throw them.

As other reviews have stated, you have to watch the auto renewal because despite taking the necessary steps to ensure it is switched off, it will magically reset itself back to autorenew. I have taken to doing screenshots in preparing for the inevitable dispute I will have.

Recently I logged onto my system to find there was an "issue with my subscription" which needed to be "manually validated". I had to spend 30 minutes messing around with customer service to get this done. Not sure why a system that calls itself "premium" results in you randomly having to mess around on a given Tuesday to ensure your PC is protected.

Website is covered in capatcha checks which are pointless and time wasting.

Customer service just fob you off if you complain, really poor complaints handling; they don't even bother to address you by name. Despite cancelling my auto renewal at purchase, my complaint handler just informed me as a way to make amends they cancelled my auto renewal. What a joke and a scam of a company.

Saw a deal and bought the product (1x Year 3x PC).
Installed it 3 months later - only to realise that THEY start the 'clock' when you buy it.
Completely unreasonable and - if you ask me - illegal in the UK.
Also, careful about the say they do subscriptions - they will make it (close to) impossible to cancel.
They are NOT working within UK law - is my belief.

Protection is good - their company approach to customers is wrong on so many levels.

Impossible to cancel the subscription

I have had to dispute it with my bank. Every time I tried to cancel it gave me an error message. I emailed kaspersky with a screenshot of the error message and they ignored it.

I tried to cancel about 30 times and always got the error messages. This is fraud. I will ensure I let everyone know about this scam.

Me han cobrado 3 veces por 1 única suscripción, no contestan a los mensajes después de varios días, parece una estafa, tomaré medidas legales si no solucionan inmediatamente.
