Dear Andy,
It was a pleasure to work with you and assist with your move. We strive to offer affordable and reliable moving, shipping, and removal services from the UK to Europe, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 5 days. Our services include part load, customs clearance, and a straightforward driver and van service, always punctual.
Wishing you all the best as you settle back home.
Very efficient and flexible. Great service.
- Very responsive: I was able to communicate with them very easily throughout the whole experience. They would reply to my emails very quickly from Monday to Saturday.
- Flexibility when changing dates or load: if you need to book for a specific day to move your stuff you can easily arrange that. Not many companies provide this. I was also able to easily change the moving date and revise the amount of items I needed to include (note: this will probably come with a change in the price).
- Easy to track: I moved from London to Berlin and I was able to track the status of the journey and the location of the van the whole time.
- Very good value for money: affordable compared to other moving companies, while they offer a very good service.
Overall I was happy with the outcome. I would recommend it!

Wonderful experience, exceeding all our expectations! 🙂
Kanguro is probably the best removal company on the market, offering very good prices for such a professional service.
At the beginning Arkadiusz gave me sound advice over the phone, being very polite, friendly and supportive, knowing all the current laws and regulations, which made the whole process easy and pleasant.
The driver - Cezary rang me the day before picking up our boxes, also being friendly and easy going. When he arrived, I was quite impressed with how clever he was at loading the van, securing all the items. By such clever packing he was able to fit in even more stuff than we thought we could send and gave us a very reasonable additional rate.
Thank you Kanguro. 🙂 We're hoping to send more stuff in the near future.
