The worst company next to Natuzzi Manchester.
Terrible customer service throughout the company.
My friend brought a discontinued garden set from Stockport branch. Went and paid for it and they said since it's been discontinued they offered her an extra £300 discount.
I went to Warringon branch as they advertised the same display unit. I hired a van and travelled 45 mins to pick it up. When I arrived the manager said I could pay full price for the set on display as he had given the discount to someone else who brought a brand new one!!
Each store has its own set of rules. Seemingly a large discount can be offered by the manager on a who's face fits basis!!
I travelled from Stockport to Warrington as a cost and then had to pay full price at Buryvas that manager didn't offer any discount. The fact that some people get great value and others don't is disgraceful and rules should be applied throughout the company not individuals managers.
Will never buy large items from this Company.

Were we purchased six cushions not a problem with them
The staff we standing around talking one male was laying across the counter on his mobile phone I asked him to help I tried to inform him I had prostate cancer and couldn’t reach one of the cushions He totally ignored me and continued playing on his phone
A female member of staff managed to reach them
He was still playing on his phone laughing and smiling when we left
Never Again that store we traveled from Cheshire to visit

I ordered a wardrobe insert that cost £35 which was to be delivered by DPD. I had read the reviews beforehand which made me wary but I couldn't find this thing anywhere else so I decided to take a gamble on it.
The purchase confirmation didn't arrive for about an hour after ordering which made me nervous but reassured when it arrived.
The next working day I got a dispatch email which was good. However, I checked the tracking everyday for 4 days and it just said that DPD had received the parcel details but did not yet have the parcel. By day 5 the tracking changed to show that DPD now had the parcel. It was due to be delivered by the Sunday but it arrived on the Monday night.
The item itself was perfect and as described.
I would order again if being delivered by DPD but would be aware that delivery times might take longer than expected.
Expensive delivery charges!
Can't give no stars! After buying a large limfjorden wardrobe last year and getting free delivery, we decided to buy again from jysk. We were going to buy almost £600 of goods but then came the checkout! Delivery charges! Absolutely unbelievable! £54.99 for delivery? Not a chance in hell of me paying that! Argos, £6.95. That'll do for me! Tough luck jysk, you missed out on a sale now and in future! Get a cheaper delivery company than Rhesus!

Why still have 1 star to give this company? They won't admit they're wrong.
Booked a delivery time slot, took a day off, waiting for whole day and got nothing, online chat with dame CS and told me warehouse wasn't sent out and asked me to book again, ridiculous. I cancelled the order and hope to get the refund soon.
Shop *literally* anywhere else
Where do I start? After several missed deliveries (i.e. Rhenus Delivery just didn't turn up and I had to chase), we finally opened the box to find the furniture we had ordered was smashed to pieces.
Several long waits on the customer service line with both Rhenus' ridiculous WhatsApp team, then Jysk's customer service line (who were friendly, but unable to do anything), I finally got them to agree to pick up the damaged delivery and refund me.
It took over a week to collect and - guess what - they cancelled the collection that very morning which meant a reschedule to a Saturday collection (awesome use of my weekend).
I was told no refund could be processed until collection (which I kind of understand), but then had to chase for the refund which will now take *TWO WEEKS* to arrive.
It has been over a month since this ordeal began and we're still without garden furniture.

Ordered a table and chairs at the Derby branch after being told the 8 chairs had been allocated to me. 4 weeks went by and I rang to check delivery and they said the chairs were no longer available. When I asked them to process a refund they said I could only do so I store, which is 20miles away.

I don't want to give this company a score of 1, but no choice if I need to provide a review. They should be
Please don't buy any product from this company . I purschase a plastic garden storage unit. It arrived in a timely manner. I took a few iterms of the box and two of the four panels were cracked,so with lots of difficult replacjed the box and sealled it for return. I expalined this to the JYSK agent and said it was ok to sent the photo of the sealed box. No after 2-3 weeks of correspondence they want photo's of the broken pannels. I have had no choice other than to raise this as a credit card dispute. I will never have dealings with them again.
There were small issues but all sorted
I had to wait a bit for the delivery of table and chairs, the price was great and the quality is good. I requested a chair replacement and it was all sorted great, support is responsive, if you’re not in a rush they’re great.

Ordered a wardrobe which arrived within the 2 weeks. Great until we noticed a box was missing. If I hadn’t of rung up no one would have got in touch. 10 weeks later after 2 failed attempts to get the last box delivered we finally received it. Got my money back for delivery but I had to arrange delivery for the 4th attempt. Would never buy from here again.
A disaster company
I've placed an order (4062671745) for two beds and two mattresses over a month ago.. The beds arrived with half of the parts missing, Jysk are requesting that I repackage everything even though I've told them that I've discarded some of the packaging. They need to collect everything and re-send again.. which will take another 1-2 months at least and that's if they do manage to send everything next time! And it's still not agreed, I have no beds, no money and nobody to talk to who can resolve it.. I am communicating with them for over a week and no solution proposed yet! What a nightmare! The company is a failure. I will be contacting my credit card to start investigation.
Look at the trustpilot score, it's telling you something!!
Looking at the trustpilot score being so low I guess I should have expected problems with poor / no communication. Promised items were in stock when ordered in the Barnsley store, salesman gave me a date of 10 days for delivery, when we got home and checked the receipt it was showing 15 days which we lived with. I rang customer service a day before to confirm delivery of items into the store which was confirmed. Delivery date came and went, rang customer service 3 days later and they confirmed they were out of stock and would have to wait another 10 days. Very good looking product but I guess it will not be too long before this is another company that goes to the wall due to very poor communication!! Will see if it turns up on the new date.

Feel so let down with the staff in the doncaster branch.
went into branch a few weeks ago and spent over £1000 on bedroom furniture including a bed.
When the bed arrived to our utter shock there were no lats with it (surely that's an integral part of the bed) my wife called the branch and was told by a rude supervisor that beds don't come with them but this wasn't explained by the young lady who took our order in store who admitted later that she wasn't trained on this.
I called the office and spoke to the supervisor who told me there is no management until Monday (today is Friday) and if I want the lats they will be £30.
The whole experience has left me with a very disappointing view of the company and I won't be spending another penny there which is a shame because the furnishings were very nice and the prices were competitive but I left feeling that they weren't interested in having my custom.
Doncaster branch male staff today…
Doncaster branch male staff today didn't give me a great experience.
I generally quite like Jysk and shop there occasionally. Today, I spent £350 today on a pair of storage boxes via click and collect. The staff didn't communicate with me that I needed to drive to the back door until I asked after waiting for ten+ minutes. They then didn't tell me that I needed to pay first meaning I had to drive back to the front door, pay, drive again to the back door.
This would have been funny and no big deal if the staff member hadn't tried to explain that it was all my fault. Dude, just apologise and then it's no big deal. Clearly it's just a series of misunderstandings but you make it so much worse by not accepting any blame and trying to argue with your customer. It's your job to be informative and helpful.
To put the cherry on top the packaging on one of my items had disintegrated when it was presented to me and the staff member offered no apology for that and vanished rather than help me load my car with these two heavy objects at their back door.
Basic retail training is needed to avoid turning affable customers like me into grumps and two star ratings.
