Ordered product online as 1mr x 6…
Ordered product online as 1mr x 6 lengths when i went to the yard it was 2x 4.8mr. As I only have a saloon car I had to saw up the product to get into my car. Why sell online in metre lengths when it's 4.8

Hi Christopher - appreciate you taking the time to provide some feedback - the website set up for timber is something that we would love to improve, we are constantly working to advance the limitations of the software to allow this. Please email andrew@jwgrant.co.uk for a discount on your next order as a thank you for your patience.
Good price and helpful staff
Good price and helpful staff. The only negative was the fact that the length of wood which I ordered and paid for online was not in stock. However, the staff made up for that inconvenience by providing a slightly longer length at the price I had already paid.

J W Grant were fantastic
J W Grant were fantastic , im getting on a bit but still like to do a bit of diy , the loft conversions almost complete but i needed plaster board , but full sized boards are too heavy for me , so i asked the guys if they could half them for me , well they supplied half boards and the delivery guy helped me take them in to the hall , all in all a great service , thanks Andrew .
