Quality is trash, not worth ya dollars. Sizing is way off too. Don't bother. Not even coming from America!

I had the same disappointing experience with this scamming company that changes its name and would give them a 0 rating. They should be outlawed! When I received the product which barely resembled their pictures I couldn't even use the fabric for rags.

One star is too much for Just Fashion Now. It's all smoke and mirrors. The provide an exceptional website and no follow-up on any level. They lie!!. Their guarantee police is worthless. If you pay $10. for shipping to you then you will pay a $35. return shipping fee. Their contact number in CHINA is a non working number. This is a disreputable company operating out of China and they do nothing but deceive you. If you have already ordered from them contact your payment company and dispute the charges. They lie about where the shipment is, about their contact number, about their return policy and anything else that suits their fancy. They advertise clothes for Christmas even when ordered more than a month before the Holiday but then the order has no chance of arriving for Christmas. What's with that maybe Christmas 2022? They provide a tracking number which shows the package still in China more than 3 weeks after ordering and when they finally respond to an email complaint they say that the information is simply not up to date. There is nothing you can believe about this company. They have 98%+ disapproval rating. Be advised.

I would like to rate 0 star because 1 is too much. Clothes seem very nice on the picture but in the reality they are terrible. I tried to arrange the return but they do not answer my emails. Please stay away from this company!

The clothes pictures are not what is send/received. Nor will the company respond to refund requests. This is a complete rip off.

This company keeps changing their name to avoid any responsibility. I ordered from Nora Cora, never got my order. They've since changed their name a number of times. The clothes looked very cute and the prices are great, but you will never get what you ordered, that is if you get anything. Stay far, far away!

Never again! I ordered two tops from them. The pictures on Facebook were beautiful. The actual items are faded and the material feels like slime. I asked could I return them? Sure, but I would have to pay postage to China.

There should be a minus star because one star is FAR too generous for these Flim Fam artists. As a retired small business owner i make efforts to stay away from giant organizations such as Amazon. Well, lesson well learned for me. Since my only child, a daughter and my three granddaughters moved to southern California five years ago i have become a regular online shopper for gifts to cover all occasions . When i saw the really cute ads that Just Fashion Now appearing on my tablet, i thought what the hell, I'll give them a try. The items were really unique and well priced. I wish that i had taken the time to check all the negative reviews before i placed the order. My bad and I've learned an expensive lesson when i placed an order in January for my youngest granddaughter's 18th bd. After waiting and waiting and waiting for the delivery i finally got a response to my inquiries a week after her bd on March 6th had come and gone. They had completely screwed up the delivery information and informed me that not only would i not get my order but that they would not give a refund. How dare they operate in this shoddy manner? As i said, i am now retired with lots of time on my hands and it is my mission to start every single day with a scathing review of this company. Had i known i was ordering from a company that ships every parcel from China with no North American facility to store their products, i would never have placed the order in the first place but these people are slick enough to hide that from the unsuspecting public. We have opened up a fraud investigation wih our credit card company and i will not let this rest until we get a full refund from these A Holes and i recommend to all of their other unhappy customers to do the same. I ordered a beautiful fluffy sweater with fuzzy trim last year in mid December. When I ordered it (for a party), it was supposed to arrive in 7-10 business days. It arrived in too late to wear and is a flat, cheap weave, dollar store sweater nothing like what was ordered. When I emailed them back, they told me to "log into" my account to return. I checked out as a guest, so that wasn't an option...which I told them immediately. The conversation went back/forth a few times and then I left the US for 10 weeks that turned into 9 months (thanks COVID). While getting out Xmas stuff, I found the sweater again and emailed them again. All I wanted was my money back and a return shipping envelope and they started saying I didn't respond in time. If the sweater came timely, that would have been an option. If the initial agent at looked at how I ordered, he would've seen I had no account to log into. All in all....a terrible experience. If there was something less than 1 star to give, I'd do that. If there were a place to upload pics of exactly what I ordered and what I got (like I sent them)....you would find it ridiculous. NEVER order from Jush Fashion Now!!

So,so poor. Incredibly bad business. Based in China. I have been trying to get my money back for a long time. I sent some clothes back to them, tracked and signed for. The parcel got sent back to me saying "unclaimed" Their reply to the review I left for them yesterday claims they will never refuse a parcel -well it seems they did, and despite me sending them proof of postage, they wont refund me. Oh, a very clever and dishonest way of avoiding a refund. Dont bother with them. There are much better companies to deal with.....

JUST TO UPDATE STILL NOT RECEIVED ANY OF MY ITEMS ORDERED AND PAID FOR ON 30TH APRIL 2020.
SO GLAD I CONTACTED MY BANK ANDCRAISED DEBIT CARD TRANSACTION DISPUTE.
PLUS CONTACTED TRUSPILOT REGARDING THIS ROGUE FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

I’d prefer to give no stars to this site but want to post a review.
I foolishly ordered sandals and some tops. I paid for express delivery which was anything but express. The tops were trash and bore little resemblance to the ads. The sandals looked ok but the first time I wore them, before I’d even left the house, one of the sandals fell off my foot. The stitching had gone after about 5 minutes of wear.
I contacted JFN and every day we exchange emails with them refusing a refund per their ‘refund policy’, me quoting the law - consumer rights act - and demanding a refund.
Their site terms and conditions state that the ‘law of UK’ applies to their sales but they refuse to comply.
I’m going to see if my credit card company will chargeback the cost of the sandals if not I’ll go to trading standards, or issue proceedings.
I’m amazed they have not been shut down in view of the negative reviews.

Ordered &80.00 worth of merchandise approx. 2 months ago. They don't respond to e-mails (3). They don't answer phone. Message says "They are not answering calls, at this time". Bad Bad Company!!!

I think this is the same company as Just Fashion Now. All the reviews, comments and problems are the same (terrble sizing - huge or small, inferior fabric, quality and cut. Returns have to be made to China at your own expense and small discounts are offered rather than a refund). They are using the name Not Just Fashion Now, I guess, to put people off the scent and to stop them seeing the hundreds of appalling reviews of this company, its products and its service. See the Just Fashion Now reviews to see what I mean and to make up your own mind.

If you saw their ads on Facebook or other social media and clicked to their website just close your browser and move on. The products you receive will NOT look like they do in the photos the reviews on their website are not accurate-the cut, style, fabric, colors - all of it.

I ordered a lilac T-shirt in XL (because it said sizes run small) I now have a lilac nightshirt.
I ordered a pink sundress. I now have a pink swimsuit cover because the material is so thin the dress is see through.
I ordered a soft, thick, comfy winter white sweater- I received a white long sleeved cotton shirt with a snag right on the chest.
I prefer a pair of soft, thick, colorful boot socks. I received a pair of scratchy socks that don’t stay up and slouch down into the shoe.

Upon unpacking this giant disappointment I put it all back in the package to return the whole order. The customer service did respond promptly. I was told because the return center is located in China, I would need to pay shipping costs PLUS customs fees on the goods that “could be quite expensive and unknown how much I would be charged to return the items”. Instead would I like a 15% refund or a 20% store credit?

It has been over a week since I completed just fashion procedure for returns process at which the process advises 48 hours, it is unacceptable customer service to have not heard anything back from them, considering your returns state 15 days, you are holding up this process.

Ordered 3 dresses yellow one was nothing like photo and terrible, other 2 were nice but way to big for me and colour of dresses not matching photos, grey came looking brownish and white came off coloured. No way of sending them back as no address given to and email response says they will contact you in 48 hours to advise, this was 8 days ago!! And 15 day return policy, ummm is this their get out clause!!

This so called company is run by CROOKS. They Take your $ if you dare buy anything & won't refund. The items are of super POOR QUALITY! Part thin dress, blouses,... Boots were not as pictured. NOTHING is! Tell Everyone you know till it's shut down for good. Scam all the way!

Is there a negative star.I ordered £90 worth of clothes .Which are all dreadful vv poor quality .Either massive size or small no consistency in sizes.I cannot wear any of them.
My friend bought shoes which are horrible not like the picture at all.

Do not buy anything from these people the goods are poor quality and when I made a complaint they say I have to spend my money to return the items to China
