Do not buy from this company before reading reviews. The customer service want proof and even when you do send it they don't action a solution. It's greedy company, poor value and trust in the customer. It's purely made and leaks. Looks nice on outside but it's not robust and made well. Put your money in another brand.

We purchased a customised bottle from them for our son. After a few months the bottle developed a crack at the bottom rim. Sent them photos and they came back and said we cant replace it if there is accidental damage. I have had plastic bottles last years, how can a metal bottle just crack. This is a manufacturing fault but instead of taking it to their supplier they are happy to loose a customer.

Superleuke fles en handig in gebruik. In eerste instantie werkte het rietje niet, er kwam alleen maar lucht uit ipv drinken. Dit heb ik via de mail gemeld en kreeg als reactie een instructievideo om te zien of de dop wel compleet was. Die was compleet en dit mailde ik dus terug. Ik kreeg al snel reactie dat ze een nieuwe dop met rietje zouden opsturen, 2 dagen later was het binnen en alles werkt prima. Goede en snelle klantenservice, top!

The stainless steal bottle (£15) arrived and was leaking after the first use and leaked in my son’s new nursery bag. I wrote customer service and wanted to return the bottle for a refund. I was asked to send a video as evidence which I did. Then I was asked to send pictures. It went back and forth over several days which was annoying. Only to then be told it was non refundable because it was personalised and had my son’s name on it. It made little sense to me since the quality of the bottle was the problem and not me changing my mind. They said the only thing they were happy to do would be sending a new lid for the leaking bottle. (Not even a whole new bottle). Very greedy. That’s not what I wanted. I bought a new bottle elsewhere in the meantime so I asked for a refund! Customer service is extremely poor. They have stopped replying to my emails. Such a shame. I also read in another review that the bottle can’t be taken on a plane as it will explode with the cabin pressure. Other customers have complained about leaking bottles. I won’t order from this company again. If you decide to order with them make sure to pay using PayPal so you can escalate it via PayPal should anything go wrong. I will try to get the funds back via my bank. Appalling and I am extremely disappointed!!!

Wow!!! Personalised weaning kit for my baby is just amazing, can’t wait to use it!

Absolutely loved the item, I had ordered the personalised bag for my son. I love that it comes with a clip for kids to carry their bags without falling. The order was sent across very fast so was very impressed.

Servicio pesimismo. Hice el pedido hace 3 semanas, la compañía de envíos intentó hacer la entrega un día, no había nadie en casa, me puse en contacto con ellos para que lo dejaran en un punto de recogida e me ofrecí yo mismo a ir a buscarlo. También lo gestione a través de la web, el paquete nunca lo llegaron a dejar en el punto de recogida, con todo y con eso, devolvieron mi paquete a la dirección de origen, me puse en contacto con just born y me dijeron que si quería el producto, debería de volver a pagar el envío (7 euros). Me parece vergonzoso.

Ordered 2 personalised bottles for my little ones and they absolutely love them! Delivery came much quicker than expected! We’re trying to move away from plastic bottles so these are perfect, just placed another order for my nephew, only thing I would suggest is having more options for girls for example strawberry patterns or princess pattern etc other than that they’re perfect!

I ordered a personalised weaning set and a bib and I didn’t get my order. Upon asking your team I was advised to contact Royal Mail as they delivered. Despite checking everywhere I still couldn’t find it. They attached a picture down at the apartment building stating it’s delivered. I am really disappointed

Where do I start - I always buy Sho bottles but I really liked the design of thier bottles and the fact it was branded so decided to replace our daughter’s current Sho bottle with one of these. It was meant to be for her first day at school but we were going on holiday so decided to gift it to her early. My daughter only has pure water and we filled it to go on the plane. When we opened it on the plane it exploded water everywhere and would stop flowing with force like it had been pressurised. This happened numerous times on holiday covering us with water and eventually the bottom of the bottle had blown out so it wasn’t flush and could not be upright anymore. I contacted the seller three times. Once they replied telling me basically not to take it in a plane and ignored everything else I had said… they still have not replied to my last email. This bottle was a complete waste of money and I’ve just had to buy another bottle. Bad service and a poor quality product… I would recommend you look elsewhere.

The customization of products was so nice. The pacifier clip is the most useful item :)
I expected the comforter to be a bit bigger and the delivery a bit faster.
But apart from that really good quality products, beautiful colors and the customization really gives it that special touch!

Such a cute water-bottle i cant wait to gift it its small and easy for kids to hold and you can tell how good quality the bottle is!! Also really fast shipping came in a few days !! Will order again <3
