Avoid Momanda
Avoid this company and their products. Do not be fooled by their marketing. I ordered 4 nursing bras online. On arrival, I was not happy with their sizing or quality, especially considering the price which was not cheap!
Their returns process is horrendous and extremely obstructive. I emailed requesting a return and full refund, to which they responded asking me to keep the products for a 50% discount. On declining this and requesting a refund, they sent a further email requesting me to consider keeping the products.
When I finally received the returns instructions, I had to email photo evidence of the packaged items and tracking receipt, which I complied with and provided.
After 2 weeks had passed, I emailed again to chase my refund, to which they responded that they had received my items but that they were marked as damaged and asked me to provide photo evidence of the items before I sent them back which I course I do not have! I only tried 2 of the bras on, was instantly not happy with their quality or sizing so packaged them up straight away. They certainly were not damaged in any way.
I am now waiting for a reply but it does not seem likely that they are going to authorise my return. I will be sure to pursue this further as I am shocked at how they are able to get away with such poor customer service and lying to avoid processing a return/ refund!
