The trampoline arrived promptly and I was able to put it all together with my 3yo son while my husband was still away at work! (and this was the 14ft!).
Kids (10 & 3) have absolutely loved bouncing on it and we wish we had got it sooner.
We've only had it for a month so can't comment on the durability. Hoping it lasts many years!

This is a great trampoline once up and the kids love it. However getting the upright poles in the pockets in the top of the net is extremely frustrating. Even more so when you're trying to set up the projam basketball attachment. Once you've got the poles in the top pockets some small velcro straps are there to hold it in place, however all these and the pocket seems look like they're holding on for dear life and are ready to give at any moment. In fact two straps have already broken and one of the pockets is starting to split after only a day. The rest of the construction and assembly look good, but I've never cursed so much when assembling a kids item as I did assembling this!

I bought this trampoline for my 1 year old and 4 year old son. I was very excited about it due the amazing reviews and the statements about how much they valued safety. Only to find out the complete opposite. While being in my backyard I noticed smoke rising from my 12 ft jumpflex trampoline. Once I got closer I noticed the poles were combusting and had even melted away the sleeves on the poles. The poles were smoking hot. I just thank God it didn’t burn my house down or harm my children. I sent the video of the combustion and also photos of the aftermath to jumpflex and nobody has contacted me. I was told “the manager” would be in contact with me due to the urgent matter but I haven’t heard anything back from anybody. I am very disappointed in the company and the brand. It’s obvious they don’t value safety for my children nor uphold their brand for quality.

My wife and I purchased the 15ft JumpFlex for our 2 kids and we have had a blast spending time jumping as a family. The trampoline quality is top tier and the customer service has been fantastic. (While taking my trampoline poles down for winter I had a few bolts get stuck which I had to cut to remove. JumpFlex customer service helped me out and shipped replacement bolts the same day I emailed!!!!). I highly recommend the product for both the quality and support!

The trampoline came in good time, the boxes weren’t too big to handle and it was relatively easy to assemble.

Great trampoline. A bit hard to get the netting on over the posts, but once on it is a solid product. We had a wildlife issue with the netting and the company was more than generous with excellent customer support.

Excellent customer service! The zipper broke on the safety net and it was replaced quickly without any hassle.

My kids were so excited about the trampoline…. We just spread the parts out in the backyard. Two boxes contain trampoline parts and one is a queen size bed 😥
But the parts that arrived looked pretty good and customer service ordered the missing box for us 👍

We had a hole in the mat of our trampoline and the company replaced it extremely quickly within days of notifying them. My kids love love this trampoline!

There was a small shipping issue as FedEx lost the first trampoline but Savuth from customer service straightened it all out and responded to me so quickly and was incredibly helpful in getting me a new one. We LOVE it! Thanks to Savuth and Jumpflex!

We also paid to replace one of the feet because we ran it over with the lawnmower but their sale price was excellent! We love our trampoline and so do all of our friends! Amazing quality!

Great customer service, initially had an issue with some items not arriving as promised which was promptly taken care of! Great company to do business with.

Loving mine so far no issues wasn’t hard to put together just make sure to put net on poles before you do the springs make a world of difference
