No emailed recieved with order confirmation. When dress arrived, different in style to photo advertised & when I tried to use their 30 day money back guarantee, they deliberately ignore emails.

Update-eventually offered a 50% refund and told to keep the dress -which is not ideal as it can’t be worn due to highly inappropriate gap around breast areas.

This is basically a scam, but if you paid by credit card, do not worry. I went through my credit card company and got a full refund on the basis of misrepresentation by the seller about who it is and about the quality of its products. Jules and Josh is not a registered company in the UK. It uses fake swishy London shop front images and Facebook advertising to misrepresent and mislead. The products, when they finally arrive from China, are cheap and not as described. When you try to return them, you find out that it is not a London-based quality company but instead someone working out of one room in China, and that you have to pay to return the items, which is expensive, with no guarantee they will arrive or that you will get your refund. (Yes, their T&C does mention returns to China, but such is the misrepresentation of the company and products that you are given false reassurance that this is a quality company and so many won't feel the need to read the T&C before they buy). Feel free to copy and paste what I have said (about the misrepresentation of the company and its products) into your email to your credit card company and don't waste any time fretting or trying to return the items.

I placed an order for 2 packs of bras which were specifically marked (with a tick) as being covered by J&J's online return guarantee. The bras were VERY small and of poor quality but when I asked how to return them I was told that I could not. This is not a London based company (the goods come from abroad - presumably China) and even when my legal right under The Consumer Goods Act was quoted they sent a computer generated reply.
BEWARE! Do not place an order unless you are willing to lose your money when the goods are not at all what is advertised. I will be pursuing my refund via the Financial Ombudsman but hope I can save others the stress of doing the same

Complete scam. Company claims to be in UK - you would like to think so with the name!! They re in China. All returns at customers expense to China. Goods don't look like the photos on website. Offer of 50% instead of returning. I don't want to keep these cheap, mis-sold items so am sending back through DPD which is costing me £12 but I'm determined to get a full refund. You can get the same items on Temu for one tenth the price. Absolutely fuming that I have been misled and fallen for these total scammers.

Absolute rubbish, do not buy from this company. Goods not coming from London as you would expect from the name but cheap inferior quality from China. Wanted to return sandals to be told it costs £35 to return, offered a discount of 50% to keep them. Shame I didn't read the reviews beforehand, lesson learned!

Last Wednesday I received the sandals I ordered several weeks ago , they were size 6 , but are slightly smaller than I expected , also the quality of the straps and buckle is very poor. I anticipate they will not be very durable, and won’t survive the summer. The soles were comfortable enough, which is the most positive thing I have to say about the sandals. Also there was no mention that these were coming from China. I have every confidence that the “original” price quoted of £200+ was laughable , and I suspect that someone is making a fair amount of money from this ‘closing sale ‘ I will use the sandals over the summer but would encourage anyone considering buying anything from this very dubious site should think twice and avoid it . I won’t be naive enough to buy without thoroughly investigating the sellers business again.

SCAM....Dont use.....Chinese rubbish. All other negative reviews are perfectly correct....
Returns to China at your cost ...will only refund max....50% and keep the item (which isnt even fit for charity or worth 50% of what has been paid)

Items arrive with no labels attached, are cheap quality abd when I contacted company they offered me 50% refund and keep items which I had to accept as they only then disclosed the returns address above and it was costing £36 to return! Stay away from this company!!!

Please do not use this fraudulent company who are using fake company details and photographs giving you the impression they are trading as a London clothing company.
They operate from China, export cheap goods, the return policy is you return the goods to China at your own expense. They will offer you 30% then 50% refund and keep the goods but who would want to.
I have returned my goods, tracked back, in order to get a refund. I will see what happens.
Update: 4 weeks later my package is still in China Customs awaiting clearance. Still no refund.

Rubbish quality products from China, not London at all. Dress with gentle waist gathering was a tent like shape and the sandals I will struggle to wear due to awful materials. Took an age to arrive and returns are to China. Can't believe I fell for it. Avoid avoid avoid!

Ordered some shoes which i've waited 2 weeks for,as i've since found out they've come from Asia(stupid me) and they are cheap and nasty!They smell of real cheap plastic and would probably melt if you wore them in the sun!!!

This company is dishonest. I don't know how their company name can have London in it because it's totally misleading. Goods come from China so take a long time to arrive. I ordered some shoes, they are really cheap but charged £31.45. I'm sure the same pair on Temu would be about £5. It's not worth sending them back as you have to pay postage & customs etc. I'm cross I didn't realise before I ordered but was misled by the name of the company and the spiel about a husband and wife team etc. I will be more vigilant in future. I also note they don't respond to any reviews.

I purchase 3 pair for of shoes, I was surprised when the tracking said that they were coming from China.
When is receiving the product the quality was very poor and the shoes did not fit correctly.
I reach the customer service and they said that I had to return the products to china and pay for the delivery.

The place is a scam, the company is fake, they send rubbish products and they will not return your money.
