Quick response and really good customer service. Used them on a couple of occasions and been impressed each time.

The only hassle I encountered was with D&G, waiting on the phone for 20 minutes only to be told that I was on the wrong number, so I had to go over the process all over again such a ballache, but finally I was put through to JST Electronics we spoke via WhatsApp, I sent a photo of the faulty item, which was a battery on my vacuum cleaner, I filled in the details mid afternoon and early next day it was at my door, cannot fault them. 5 stars for JST.

Used this company twice through domestic and general and they ring you within an hour after making the claim and they talk through things with you not rushing and they give advice what to do with the broken product then replacement comes next day unless it needs ordering in then it only takes a couple of days.

Can't complain had very good service with them staff are friendly and the delivery is fast and it's always packaged well.

They picked Hoover up no problem spoke to them on the Monday the arranged for Hoover to be picked up following day then 2 days later had the Hoover back can’t fault jst electronics enough they had it less than two and a half days and it was repaired perfectly well organized
