Excellent customer service
The customer service from JST Electronics was excellent. The staff we spoke with were courteous, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We received clear instructions on how you fit the parts being sent, regular updates on dispatch and expected date the items would be delivered and the courier, DPD arrived as expected. This is how customer service should be.

10/10 experience. Very quick, effortless and straightforward service. No phone call or back and forth required. Contacted D&G via online portal for a replacement magic remote as mine had a broken scroll wheel, and a new one was delivered to me by tracked post from JST just 36 hours later. It was packaged well and works perfectly, I am very happy. Thank you JST Electronics for your swift and uncomplicated service.
