Magnesium from you guys has seriously improved my sleep, living with chronic pain which impacts my sleep. It’s helping me so much and now my fiancé is taking it and seeing the benefits. Tried other magnesium before but this one is incredible.

Very delayed delivery
I ordered in January 28th and received my order today, 2/17. DHL was awful and I ended up finally receiving the order through USPS.

Not a clean brand
The collagen powder is full of chemicals and bulking agents, I immediately contacted customer service once I had received the product and read the ingredients, they told me that I should have read the ingredients before buying so I can’t return.
You only get 2 weeks supply per jar, over priced rubbish..you’re way way better of buying wild caught marine Collagen powder which is clean…the bulking agents and chemicals prevent absorption of the collagen so it is pointless taking this junk. DO NOT waste your money on this chemical packed rubbish.

Excipients are always necessary to include when formulating for stability. They help to keep a capsule and tablet together without crumbling, or a powder from being affected by moisture. We are very careful with which excipients we use. Our formulas only ever include excipients that are approved and as always, our ingredients meet current regulations and are high quality.

My creatine container was only half full. Is this the normal amount always sent to customers or did I get a flawed one?

Hi There! Whilst your tub may appear to be a low-fill, the weight of product in the tub and the number of serves you receive is accurate, as our tubs are filled on a scale to ensure compliance.
Over time, and as the fine powder begins to settle whilst sitting in the tub, the fill line lowers. Subsequent handling and transport “shakes” the tub which allows the powder to further settle, thereby reducing the space it occupies.
As such, it is normal for our tubs to appear to be lower fill by the time it reaches the consumer however the larger tub is required to ensure the quality of the product. A larger tub is also chosen to ensure that product information required on the label will be large enough to read. Just to reiterate, each tub will always contain the specified 30 serves.
