Fast delivery, good product I had tried Berberine from another company and it had upset my stomach this one from JS Health has been much better. I am not skinny, just a regular curvy girl of 37 that has really struggled to balance and loose weight and have noticed in 2.5 weeks some improvements to clothes fitting, feeling more comfortable and less bloated, i have lost 7lb. Will continue and hope for more progress

Very quick response from customer service. Every time I order my packages come on time and the products are excellent, I love them. I've tried the shampoo and conditioner, the skincare, the hair vitamins and the magnesium. I loved everyone of them!

My initial order was lost but I was grateful that a replacement order was shipped quickly. The customer service was attentive and concerned with my issue. So far, I have felt some improvement with my sleeping pattern, but I just recently started taking the product.

I ordered supplements from JSHealth on May 19, with an expected delivery date of June 3. Unfortunately, the package never arrived, and the tracking updates stopped on May 27 with no further information about its whereabouts.

I contacted DHL on June 5 and received an automated response stating that someone would get back to me within 24 hours regarding my inquiry. As of the time of writing, I have still not received a response from them.

I then contacted JSHealth on June 6 about the missing order. Their customer service team responded promptly and explained that since more than 12 business days had passed since the shipping date, they would resend my order as soon as possible. The replacement package was shipped quickly and is now on its way.

While it was disappointing that the original package was lost in transit, I was very impressed with JSHealth's customer service. They were responsive, helpful, and resolved the issue without hassle. I'm hopeful that the replacement package will arrive successfully, and I appreciate the excellent support they provided throughout the process.

The customer service experience was phenomenal. I git an email back within an hour and my concern regarding the subscription and refund and also my points was resolved immediately.

I ordered the supplements on May 18 and I still have not received them.

Ordering was simple. I needed to contact customer service for a quick question and they responded very fast and answered my question (right 1st time ) super excited to start my JSH journey.

Before I tried these JS health I twas taking a bio something. This product is far superior. I take two before I go to sleep. I usually read or watch TV. I just go to sleep. I also go to the bathroom regularly.

I found JS Health through someone I follow online. I don't often jump on recommendations, but her hair was gorgeous, and I've been searching for clean hair products. I purchased the Cleanse & Revive and Repair & Shine combo, and what a great find!! My hair is clean, healthy and not breaking. I can feel good knowing what is going on my scalp is healthy and not harmful.

This has been one of the best things that I have ever taken. I’ve always struggled with gut issues and after I had my hysterectomy when I was 30 my metabolism had been at an all time low. Taking berberine has been the best decision in helping with those issues.
