Disaster averted
We were in a bind at the airport as we were unaware that we needed an Australian travel visa. The employees at jsdimmigration worked quickly to avert a disaster. With the luck of a delayed plane and the quick service of jsdimmigration, we managed to obtain our visas in under 2 hours and board our plane.

Urgent service .. Amazing experience
I was denied boarding because United Travel Ready Center did not tell me about need for ETA for US citizen. Applied from airport after paying steep 188 dollar fee , I was not sure I will get approval in 1 hour 30 minutes that were remaining before the flight.
the servicing on Australia side was amazingly good. they actually contacted me on Whatsapp and asked for a better picture. Processing what's completed in 10 minutes. I was unhappy to pay a steep fee, but based on the service I received it's well worth it. Great job by Australian immigration

Life saver experience
I did not realize Canadian citizens need a visa for Oz, neither did Jetstar notify me about it (which did not prevent them from selling me a 1000 $ ticket). So long story short I got stuck at the check-in counter with no visa and less than 1.5 hr to play with.
Thank god for prompt actions taken by folks at jsd immigration. Boarding my flight as I'm typing this!

What do you mean I need more documentation..
It was not directly your company's fault that my travel agent did not inform me that I had to do this prior to my travel date. Getting hit with $188 times two is quite stressing when you have a $15,000 trip on the line. The individuals on your end did an excellent job making this come through for me. My sincerest gratitude for everything they did to make this happen for my son and I.

Amazing
Amazing. I messed up and thought my travel agent had sorted out my visa. I was wrong and had only just over 1 hour to get a visa or a massive 9 leg trip would have blown up. I also would have missed meeting my fiancés parents. I paid for fastest service and these fine folks pulled through. 10 minutes to spare. I am beyond grateful!!!!

Fiona was amazing!
I didn’t realize I needed a visa until I arrived at the airport so I submitted a rush request with slightly less than an hour until I needed to check into my flight. Fiona called me and told me what I needed to fix with my application (I submitted bad photos originally) and then she quickly processed it and I was able to make my flight. I’ll be to sydney in a few hours and I’m so happy I can continue with my trip.

Il s'agit d'un site commercial qui abuse... légèrement...
Il s'agit d'un site d'escroquerie, qui vous fait payer le visa 108€ alors que le prix officiel du e-visa pour le Sri Lanka cette année est de 50€.
Et on n'a même pas la garantie qu'il s'agisse d'un e-visa réel.
L'adresse du site officiel doit contenir eta gov lk slvisa visainfo
Nota : après publication de cet avis, JSDimmigrations m'a fait savoir que le visa que j'avais reçu était authentique, et que la somme que j'avais acquittée (le double du prix normal du e-visa Sri Lanka) était justifiée par l'acquittement du visa et "les frais de traitement". 58 € pour quelques clics :-( Bref, en un mot comme en cent, mieux vaut éviter les "contenus sponsorisés" et trouver le site officiel de délivrance des visas pour le Sri Lanka. En utilisant n'importe quel moteur de recherche autre que celui que vous utilisez habituellement, ça marche :-)
